Which warm countries can a Ukrainian lady visit visa free?

have been reading here for a while: thank you for the very interesting information.

Sorry if this a repeat question (hope the beating a dead horse icon does not apply;-) but, considering the apparent difficulties faced by Ukrainian girls when trying to get a Visa to visit France (as I read in French forums) is there a list of the countries, preferably warm ones, that a Ukrainian can visit without needing any Visa?

Some I've been to where Egypt
and
Dominican Republic-
 
DR-  is a $10 visa on entry for Ukrainians..
is popular with Russians, and has many hotels resorts .
 typical carribean tropical island setting.
 
It's a great place to visit with a FSU wonan,
one of the things you'd need to keep in mind with any of the carribean destinations is the flight.
 
Many  have stops or layovers in  USA airports and a transit visa needed and can be very difficult to obtain.
So be sure about tranfers in a european country ( shegren visa maybe needed if she wants to leave the airport,
or a transfer/transit  area in the airport)
or stops in cuba(which are ok)
 
Egypt , sharm el sheik is popular and its a simple $10 or 20 USD visa on entry.
 
 
Something else to think about regarding her visiting France-
I met my UW in Austria last year.
While a shengen applied for  Austria might have not been approved..
 She got a shengen visa to visit Poland easily through a travel company.Then could travel to other shengren countries thru Poland (warsaw)
The Ukrain travel agencies  seem to have this game down, with hotel reservations in poland etc, (that your UW would likely not go to ,yet the paperwork satisfies the requirements)
the customs staff in the popular transit countries  seem to know the *game* as well, but with the paperwork in order they just roll their eyes.
 
Her going thru a local ukranian travel agency,  might cost a little more than booking a flight yourself for her to France, but in my experiencve they can easily arrange a shengren to some country, where she would simple visit a *day* then go to France? and yet return (flight ) thru the issuing country as well.
Something to look into anyway, as it seems very few are turned down if going through a travel agency ,
or with  a *tour* group or semblence of one

Jumper gives good advice.  Before we were married and my wife was still living in Russia, we wanted to try to meet up in Italy for a vacation.  Despite her having visited the US on a tourist visa previously, we were warned by a Russian travel agent that Russians were typically persona non grata in Italy and it could take quite a lengthy effort to get a Schengen there.  Thus we got her a Schengen to Greece, which was quite simple.  She then flew in to Italy and got off the airplane and went through customs.  When they gave her a quizzical look about the Schengen from Greece, she showed them the (fully refundable) onward ticket to Athens we had bought.  Walked out of the airport and that was that, followed shortly thereafter by a phone call to the airline to cancel the ticket to Greece.

Actually, it's pretty warm in the Ukraine too.
Snow is very rare in Odessa and it melts immediately.

Today, it's +4° in Odessa and -20° in Siberia.

Most Ukrainian girls have visited Turkey and Egypt (I saw ads: a $300 package all inclusive). You won't be able to impress them if you travel there together.

However, you should travel to Turkey alone in the summer to meet many lonely Ukrainian and Russian girls.

Ah that reminds me that when my US business visa expired I basically would stay in Fort Lauderdale the three or six months they stamped into my passport upon arriving from Europe in Miami then if at the end of that I did not need to go back to Europe I just hopped on a flight to Nassau Bahamas (30 minutes) and spent a weekend there (margaritas by the pool snorkeling in the coral reefs really hard work but somebody etc etc....) then I would land back and get another 90 days:-) still paid taxes on my LLC corporation so it all worked out until I decided to move back to Europe.

A great warm country to visit for any Ukrainian is Thailand.  You purchase a visa on arrival.  Lots of Russian speakers in Thailand and cheap resorts.  An ideal climate.

It is fairly easy for RW to visit Mexico.  I do not know about UW. 
 
If you go to Thailand, I suggest a sidetrip to Laos.  Thailand has always seeme a little sleazy to me unless you go to 5* resorts.  In Laos, women are arrested by the police if they talk to foreigners.  Laos seems like going back in time.
 
As GOB said, Jamaica is fun.  The ganja has no chemical fertilizers.

I went to Kemer - near Antalya - in mid August and the heat was quite tolerable and not at all excessive, I even acquired the habit of visiting daily the resort hamam.

Admittedly, it was 35 years ago, before Global Warming became fashionable .

I just noticed that you are French.  Morocco is very interesting (I met a UW there and she enjoyed Marrakesh.  Winter is cold there, however.
 
If you have the money, the Seychelles are fabulous, and the weather warm even in the winter.   
 
Not French speaking, yet Dubai in the UAE has much to offer with easy flights (I have never been there but two RW have praised it).

Perhaps ,  he isn't trying to impress?
Just take a vacation in a warm location and spend time with a RW?
 
Yes, many RW/UW have been to theses places ,
its why i stated they were popular for RW..
and you'll see many there on vacation certainly.
 
but oddly only one i ever met over the years had actually been
there previously, and all would certainly return for a vacation.

Previously yes, but not now.  Cypress now part of the  Schengen Agreement area.
May not be fully implemented yet, but might already be or will be soon.
