Apartment - Saint Petersburg

Hello Everyone.  I'll be in Saint Petersburg for the holidays.  I wanted to rent an apartment on the north side of the city.  Everyone on-line rents apartments only in the city center.  By renting on the north side of the city, I can be near the woman I am going to Saint Petersburg to visit.  I am hoping this will allow us to spend more time together.
 
We are both pretty certain that after this visit we will be pursuing a K-1 visa for her.  Her living conditions need some improvement.  I was thinking that maybe the apartment I rent could be rented for 6 months and she could stay there until she comes to the USA when her visa is ready.
 
Does anyone know someone in Saint Petersburg who might be in the apartment rental business for longer terms outside of the city center?

If you are that sure of the future, your best  bet would be to have the lady look for and get the apartment.  As she is already there and familar with the city, she will be able to get a decent apartment at a much better price then you would (unless you are fluent in Russian)
