LMFAO - That & a couple million more wouldn't even dent the population!!!

We could send a few million Chinese along with them & that wouldn't hurt none either!!!

Just imagine, we could lower taxes cause the heathcare & welfare systems wouldn't be overburdened with their lazy butts anymore, what a concept!!!

Not sure that it will be good for the economie... i speak only for my country, Belgium... here, each good white Belgium people have high level education... the result is that we have too much doctor, ingenieur, professor, etc ... who are not able to find a work to own level and who don't wish take a job at lower level... so, the educated Belgium people use the welfare system for have some income and wait sitting on own butts after the miracle job...

The immigrant are lower categorie worker... but they take job that no one Belgium people will take... diggig ground, dangerous job, dirty one, etc... and same so, several lower qualified job have no workers, we are too short in people "willing" make so job...

For Canada and foreign people, related to labor, take a look at : http://www12.statcan.ca/english/census01/Products/Analytic/companion/paid/pdf/96F0030XIE2001009.pdf
from page 12... "recents immigrants represented almost 70% of  labor force growth"... the work of these immigrant can maybe support the pension system for the old Canadian :P

Wonder if Neil Young will ever return to Canada?

'Well I'm going back to Canada
On a Journey Through the Past
And I want be back till February comes.."

Time to plug my amp in, crank up the ES335,  and play the main lead break from 'Like a Hurricane...eh'

Up to year 2000, here we had a shortage of IT guys, contract rates sky high, I know I took em! So gov considered fast tracking foriegners to fill the gap. Trouble was by the time they'd done anything and set the visa system up, all the jobs where gone......

So even now the gov considers IT as a Fast Track Visa despite no jobs! Or a lot less jobs anyway.

So now we are letting in Indian programmers  who will work for half the money we would. Fair enough, market forces etc but  the Gov has left a seriously big door open. I watch the UK immigration boards and I see it all!

I worked for an insurance company and one of our regular jobs was auditing PC's, watching proxy logs, testing out porn sites hahaha! Anyway this Indian guy from Chennai had alsorts of scary stuff in text files on his PC, about Osama Bin Laden and how to get parts for a Nuclear bomb.

He didn't last long.
