I read a study conducted by condom manufacturer Durex which disclosed that 33% of Russian women admitted to cheating on their boyfriends/husbands, making them the fourth most unfaithful women in the world. 

(1) Interesting that American women aren't in the top 5.

(2) Was wondering if any Russian women have any insight into this.

Well, the explanation is obvious! All AW are fat and ugly. They would love to have some fun on the side, but men don't want them. RW, on the other hand, are hot and slender, and all men want them! So RW always have a choice of partners and opportunity. Duh.

Funny that you asked  . A couple of weeks ago I conducted a similar anonymous poll on my Russian blog where I also asked for reasons of their choice. Out of about 20 people approximately half admitted to have cheated on their boyfriends/husbands. Their reason was to have fun and spice up their life. Another half said that they would never do that because its morally wrong and, most importantly, that that would hurt the person who they cared for. One person said that she never did it, but she would if she had a good opportunity. So there, make what you want of it

Personally I don't buy that one.  I have just observed too much to think than no matter how fat and ugly a woman is there are lots of men who would not miss an opportunity with her.   One of the memories that a conversation like this bring back to my memory is decades ago I was in an NCO (army) club and watched two, thin but well build nice looking solders rolling around on the floor trying to punch each others lights out over some ugly girl who had to weigh 250 pounds.  I have also seen friends and people I knew who were typicaly fat ugly American women who had no shortage of men chasing them.  In Russia a fat ugly woman might have trouble getting laid but in America she will need to beat them off with a stick.  It's sad what a horny guy will resort to.

Thanks for sharing.   Your survey suggests that 50% of RW cheat.  That is even higher than the 33% result claimed by the Durex condom survey.   !!!!!!!!!   
 
 
But this is still lower than the highest country, Nigeria, where 62% of the surveyed women reported that they cheated.  This survey has received some criticism, yet a second and  independent survey affirmed that Nigerian women are the most unfaithful.    The second survey claimed that  "Corruption and a general distrust among citizens were cited as being largely responsible for this."    The same conditions exist in Russia.

The survey suggests that more women cheat than men.  E. g.,  Even though 62% of Nigerian women were unfaithful, Nigerian men were not in the top three with Malaysian men ranking third at 33%.  That is a lot of cuckolding.   
 
Thai men were the most unfaithful at 54%, yet 59% of Thai women were reported as unfaithful.  Thai have liberal views about sexuality.
 
Without knowing more about the scientific basis of the survey, we can only guess as to its validity.
 
Frequency of cheating would be a more revealing statistic.   Once in a lifetime is far different than sportfucking.

Actually, there are plenty of men that prefer their women to be fat. Quite a few years ago a friend of mine playing in a band on the "juke joint" circuit invited me to go to this particular gig with him. It was quite a drive so we made a weekend of it. I was very surprised at what I saw. In the night club there must have been 35-40 women that were all very large (at least 300 lbs), all of them had boyfriends/dates/husbands. They all danced the night away. The men with these ladies all seemed to be happier than pigs in poop. The men were very protective over those big women too

There were also some slim attractive women there, available and ready for action. Maybe 12-15 all struggling for attention. I had never seen anything like that in my life. I went back several months later and it was the exact same scenario. Weird
