Doctor's salary and future in Ukraine

Chicagoguy think about getting her enrolled in University study.Via this route, my Gal gets a very good insurance policy for only about $1,200 a year.   $20 copay for doctor visits and 80%/20% split for hospitalization, etc.
The good thing about these student policies is they have to take all students, no questions allowed about prior conditions, and no difference in price regardless of gender, age, etc.
By now, your gal is probably eligible for instate tuition, right?
