Iīm very thankfull for those Tips here,because Iīm definitly a newbie in this "Russiangirlsmeetingstuff"
I have read that many members here spend thousand of dollars on such sites like "Anastasiaweb Dream-Marriage" or other crap sites.
So I think for me itīs important to read their impressions and helpfull Tips to avoid this happen to me too.
It was my luck that I found this Community here and didnīt sign in as paid member on those scamming-sites selling only expensive dreams but no real girls.
"step by step" is my slogan to learn from your expierences..Maybe I should travel a few Days to Russia or Ukraine to get a impression of the Culture and the Girls there before I start to search over the Internet.

Because it gets a newbie on the right path to meet FSUW by bypassing the scam sites and some suggestions on how to approach them.  It's that simple. 

That is "as you view it". IMHO, the FSUW 101 is good basic advice for getting started for about half or less of the seeking population but, isn't the holy grail by any stretch of the imagination. There are dozens, hundreds of ways to meet sincere women and yes, even through the "pay through the nose" agencies. The men that look East are as different and varied as people from from any other walk of life. It's a good post for those asking for it but in no way has it been proved successful or does it guarantee any measure of more success for those that use it as opposed to those that don't.

Concerning dating websites, do you know Interfriendship (http://www.interfriendship.de/)? It caters for the German-speaking 'market', and looks comparatively genuine. It often includes FSUW already living in Germany/Austria.

First, I'll start with the statement that we have no precise statistical data and the following comment is based solely on my thought as to what has been posted on this forum...


If we go by the number of married men (and a woman or two) who post on this forum, it appears that a large percentage and perhaps a majority of the married couples met through elenasmodels.com.


That being said and as I have mentioned previously, my wife was also on a few different sites along with elenas.  I could have found her for free at singles.ru using a search for english speakers and age.  The sheer numbers involved would have made finding her (the specific woman) less likely but it could have been done.


Elenas is good for finding sincere ladies for WMVO type trips (of course there are a few scammers, pro-daters, status queens, vacation seekers, etc, but easily avoided). The flip side potential down side is that there will be only a few matching your criteria located in a single city (save for perhaps Kiev, Moscow, St Pete) which make the logistics of a WMVM trip a little ridiculous.


So, this post is to just mention the potential for statistical possibility using marriages of posters on RWD for that site.


Something perhaps erroneous but also perhaps worth considering.   


Note: I have not logged on to EM since 2009 so certainly the site/value may have changed.

Don't understand why but the site where I met my wife is almost always overlooked.

Thank you for this Site.But I think for me it would be better to search a good Agency locally.I live not very far away from the FSU Countries.So I can travel sometims there to get some good contacts and talking with the girls directly in their Citys instead of online dating.

I would disagree with this approach.

Simply because you can make contact with several gals in a particular city . . . and then go there 'to get a impression of the Culture and the Girls there' with a gal by your side each day.

Sure, you can just go with no prior contacts and try to chat up the gals on  the  street, in shops, in markets, in clubs, etc.

But in doing so you are going to have a lot of 'down time' (i.e. you are going to be lonely by yourself). 

Why spend money and end up by yourself a lot of hours,  when you can just stay at home and be lonely by yourself?

You yourself have made plenty out of the "different strokes for different folks" way of life.  Just because you might be bored out of your skull wandering around (e.g.) Moscow by yourself (having been there dozens of times over many years) doesn't mean that other people feel the same way.  For myself, the fact that I was alone in Moscow didn't matter in the overall scheme of things.  I was having so much fun by myself just soaking up the sights that someone with me might actually have been a distraction!
 
Use this as your back-up plan in case your visit to the ladies falls flat.  Living so close to the FSU, however, means that you (Marian) can cut a trip short (if necessary) and go home much more easily than someone from my part of the world.

Disagree fully. As born Austrian Iīm following the media all times and "Arnie-Mania" is still unbroken since many years!

Most people (not the Styrian alone...  ) are proud of him!
