 As has been said many times over, the average woman, no matter where she's at, will not find an aging flabby arse attractive but perhaps she will be attracted to his relatively imminent demise if he's going on geriatric. It is certainly something older MOB hunting men should be aware of. 

    reminds me of a couple of encounters.

When searching I disclosed my age and I never sent photos revealing my body.  RW were surprised upon meeting me and discovering that I was fit and athletic, walking them into the ground.  Far different than the  decrepit if not frail RM grandfathers in my age group.
 
Most RW were pleasantly surprised, but a couple seemed disappointed.  Maybe it was my pink shirt or maybe it was my looks.    However, as Ade suggests maybe they were indeed hoping for a quick marriage and demise.

Some of the posters to this thread are older than your parents.  So take their advice on what makes a guy desirable from an FSUW's perspective with a grain of salt.  Instead, spend a little time watching video collections of Russian guys and girls of your own age group.  But use these videos as hints and don't take them any more literally than you would take something produced in Hollywood (where ever that is).

As for sending poses or tans or specific dress, the best thing to do is to be yourself.  Allow her to imagine herself as part of your life.  But nothing beats meeting in person.  How do you know she's not putting on an image, as well?

When I met my husband, who, by all measures, is, objectively, very physically attractive (women used to look at him in the streets) I was not attracted to him physically.  He has dark brown eyes, is tall and very slim.  (These days, he looks like Sean Connery in The Hunt for Red October, though he does shave, and doesn't have the wonky eyebrows.)  At the time I met him, my "ideal" in attractiveness was tall, dark hair, blue eyes, well muscled, sort of like a young Warren Beatty or Tom Brady.  But this was a man with the most interesting mind I'd ever encountered.  He became my ideal, and has been ever since.


When YB finds the young lady who is interested in him for who he is, as a person, he will become the most handsome man in the world to her.
