I think what Maxx is not so eloquently trying to say is, the primary focus of this forum is educating western men about the trials and tribulations involved in the pursuit of women from the former Soviet Union.  It would seem such a pursuit is resulting in a lot of scammed Western men, so this site acts as an educational resource for them, as such, it may not be the best place to serve your purposes. . that, and things can get a bit heated at times

Welcome to the forum Courtney! Tell us about yourself. What is your nationality? You seem fascinated by the Russians moving into your neighborhood. What is your experience with them? I would guess a pleasant one.

Maxx really meant that is the place to go in NYC to meet Russians.  There are also enclaves of Russians on Long Island (gotta say with right accent) and in Brooklyn.  Considering that there are more Russians in the NYC area than even Miami or Los Angeles, it shouldn't be too hard to hook up.

Out where I live, in Los Angeles, you go to Fairfax and Third.  Little Russia.  You will also find many Russian immigrants working on the docks and, therefore in San Pedro and Long Beach.
