A Fiancee--
Maybe some good news for you; right now I am doing a happy dance---I just checked my case status, and we are APPROVED!!!!!
Since your petition is a little ahead of  ours, hopefully your guy should be receiving the NOA2 notice soon also!
The IMBRA clouds have parted finally, and I can see a ray of sunshine :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

Now I have to get off my lazy butt and get things done around the house :crackthewhip:

Not to discourage anyone but we are at 12 months since NOA-1 and they only began the actual processing around June 30th according to my email from CSC.

Aikorob they began forwarding all K-1s from Texas to California last year and I've read where due to IMBRA a few from Nebraska have also moved here.  I don't know why since CA has historically had the longest processing times of the service centers.

BTW I am almost certain what did me in was a change of address, even though I am still in LA county they "accidently" sent my paperwork to Vermont and then had to get it back again.  So whatever you do don't move or change addresses until after the NOA-2.
