Thats what this post was about your choice to use what works for you. It was about good services, and became a cat fight over brunos statments. Their will come a time in this post that I will go over pros and cons of all services, with storys that I sean first hand will liveing in Russia.

Part 8

 

Back in Santa Clara office my home away from home.

 

First I want to say for all of you. That the stories I am telling you are not 100% on the dates and times they actuality happened we are talking about events that happened in 1996, 1997 that's 8 plus years ago so bare with me as many things are happening around the same time.

 

This is when I started to see a lot of complaints from the Russian office There pay was late for the last 2 or 3 mounts, and yes I was there I saw it first hand. Tver felt that they did all the work, and we were paying them next to nothing. I talked to Clarke a bit about this all he would say was the cost was high to advertise, rent was just going up' all excuses as far as I was concerned. Ray was very privet about it. So Larry and I felt, and it was just guessing? That it was going into Ray's fixer up home. So as fast as the $$ came in the $$ was up in smoke.  Ray was getting paid for the 3 years he was living in Russia.

 

On the other side of the world they were crying that the owner's wife is buying his wife shoes that cost $ 200 dollars, and we can't get paid on time. So they put the blame on Clarke after all Ray was the man, and could do no wrong, Ray would not do that to us?

When I returned to Russia we found out that the Interrupters had put on their thinking hats, and found a way to take full advantage of this in their own way. Story to come soon.

 

The office over all was doing real good we were booking lots of trips, and yes I started to break out know the men wanted to here what I had to say. I was a happy man' booking trips and living in Russia, had a new girl making lots of friends in the program, and Larry well don't think I forgot about him, and my date with the ice burg., but this time I wanted Clarke and him at the same time. I had no clue how to do this, but one day I would get them.

 

So soon it was time to go back to Russia for 1 year. Just think about that 1 year in Disney land for men. Compared to living in the LTP office living in Russia was a piece of cake for me. The only problem I had living in Russia, was my tong was as dumb as a tree stump. I just can't pick up the Russian language to save my life.

Part 9

 

Trip 3 to Tver

 

We will start getting into stories that are good, bad and fun soon. Things that some of you can learn from, I will also end with comments to try and make you think about what I am telling you. From my point of view of 10 years looking back on what happened.

 

First the last part of the money issues. Ray, and Clarke it doesn't matter who was spending the LTP $$$$ or if one was or was not. If you want a happy staff you pay them, and you pay them on time. Or you will face all kinds of problems in the further, and once any person had a taste for greed they will never go back to the person they were once before. This would be the LTP curse that still hunts us to this day. You can try all you want, but you can't fix bitterness.  

 

Clarke saves LTP; he mortgages his home that was left to him by his parents. He pays off all bills, and know is the sole owner of LTP. Ray moves to CT, and a new LTP was about to unfold and with in about 1 to 2 years we would hit the best of times. I wanted to get this part of the story over it did not happen just as I went back to Russia so for anyone that know something about this the times and dates are not when this actually happened.

 

We will start with "WOW" the girl I was seeing came to meet me for dinner, and she was dressed to kill a short black slinky dress the kind that just melted around her body with her blond hair just past her shoulders she just made me forget my name. The interrupter even liked the way she looked, and made a comment that she wanted to date her. Just a joke, but makes you think. In Russia they have many sayings. One of their sayings is a Joke is a half truth. If this is true I wonder witch half of the interrupter was interested in dating her?

 

Things were going nice for us we had spent the last week together of my second trip. E-mailed each other for around 2 month's she never asked me for a dime we talked about how we saw marriage, we wanted the same style of life. So things looked real good. We spent a lot of time together the first week. We went to a birthday party at my office for one of my computer girls, and I saw the first problem. She would not go in the office we had some drinking going on in the office. Know I am not a drinker, but she just wanted nothing to do with the fact that Champaign was in the office. Not in a good way she left and went home.

 

I think maybe she sense I was not to happy with this strange reaction from her. That night I went home about 7pm. She came over about 730pm with a big bottle of flat water she had been with me when we went to the story by the office they were out of flat drinking water. So she found some and just showed up at my flat. This was the first time we were alone in my flat. She asked to use the bathroom so she did. Shock time she came out in nothing but her birthday suit with the words "You like? What can I say you know the rest?

 

I will say this for all of you men out their when an RW is reedy to be with you, be prepared she is going to give you all she has to give, I tell a little story to men who ask about RW that an RW compared to and AW. The RW is like a new helium balloon all bursting with energy. You know how they are just jumping all over the place. An AW is like that same balloon, but 3 days old just sagging around looks like it is about to float to the floor.

 

Soon things started to get real strange one night the most off the wall thing happened wile at my flat she went back into the bathroom and came out with a bar of soap, and asked me who's hair is this on the soap its not yours its to long to be yours, I told her it was not my soap, and she took it back to the bathroom. About 3 days latter we are out to dinner with the interrupter at the end of dinner came the final blow their was two girls sitting at a table across the room, out of the blue she tell the interrupter to tell me I should go to their table they have been staring at me all night. WOW this was more then I could take, after all in my work I was sounded by girls all day long, and I was not going to do this jealous thing anymore. My interrupter had also told me that she was saying things to her about my job, and how could she trust me.

 

Will pay was late once more, and the staff was getting mad, the interrupters started telling the men in the program, and I was being ripped by the men that they told. I was in the same boat not getting paid on time as well. The girls were on me, the drivers, and the powers to be in Tver were talking about shutting down the office. Who could blame them for being mad? Clarke sent the office money almost 30 days late. The only thing I can say for Clarke was he sent two months pay at one time. Doesn't make it Wright, but for know the office was happy, and the men tipped the staff big time about 3 times the normal tip. I even got my first tip $ 100 bucks.

 

So know all was paid and paid big time, but greed had set in, and add the bitterness of not getting their normal pay on time, you can just see were this can lead too. Next week a new man came up to me and blasted me why are you not paying these girls, you should be ashamed at your self. Marc I told my interrupter I would not say anything to you, but I gave her $ 300 dollars as a tip so she would not need to beg for her pay. When I get back to the U.S. I am going tell people you don't pay your staff.

 

Pay was always 1 to 2 weeks behind, and the girls new just what to say to get big fat tips, their was one girl that just asked the man flat out for a tip because she had not been paid. That was when I had enough. I called an office meeting, and told all interrupters that I would not let them scam the men like this at all. I fired the one girl on the spot hopping that the other girls would stop asking for tips, and they would not be working for us if this was not stopped.

 

Things combed down for a wile, and I started seeing  another girl this one lasted about an month, and was going no ware so we became friends, and she found a new man, and liked him, and married him in the long run. I was still doing all the videos so by this time I had learned a lot, if I liked a girl know I would simply tell the men that she seam nice, and they would take her out and give me the run down on what she was like. This helped me in two ways. First the men that were coming and going were complaining about my meeting the girls, and yes telling Clarke that they felt that they were competing with me. Things like how I will know that Marc won't try to go out with my girl. Or I don't want one of Marc left overs. So that stopped the complaints. The second way it helped was I was not paid much, and it saves me some money too.

 

Soon I would meet the one, and I learned a lesion that would chance the way I think, and worked with men in the program.

Part 10

 

Is this the One?

 

Like I told you the best part of my Job, was meeting all the new girls first. The way the video room worked was first the girl would come into the office she would set down with the office manager, and just talk about the program. She would then take the new girl to the men's books then we would have the office girls fill out her bio, and take her upstairs for photos and video's.

 

Know I was able to watch how the girl acted with the office manager and the office staff so by the time I started working on the video, and photos I had a clue of her normal behavior if she was calm or just a pain. Once we started the video I would ask pointed questions to see how she would answer. How do you see daily life in a marriage? Do you want to take care of the family or work? Do you want to have children? 

 

 

Buy the way the word for money is used as he must be well, you would think she is talking about health, but well means well off!

 

What do you won't in your further husband was always fun, I always Loved the word generous, we as men think Money so I would ask them to explain, most times I would get things like a Russian man would rather go out and buy a beer then buy me a simple Rose I won't to be treated like a woman, he should just know how to treat a woman be generous of heart, and just do the things to make a woman feel special.

 

One day a girl in the program who had just matched came in the office with her best friend, she was a thin brunette who was vary soft in personality a long green granny type gown just a real home spun beauty. She coughs my eye right a way. I was looking forward to going upstairs to find out more about her. Dearing the video she was well presented in manor and had big dark brown eyes. She also had my weakness a real back side not to big, but filled out her dress real nice.

 

I made a hint to her, but she was to polite to respond, and off she went well two days latter her friend came back in and asked me what I thought about her. I told her I thought she was real nice she told me she liked me too. I was thinking I was crazy she is 21 and I am 43 I am a fool for looking at a girl like this, but I had Sean lot's of matches that are vary good and had ended in marriage with a 20-25 year age difference. So I had one of the men ask her out, and got a report from him on her.

 

The next day I had the office call her to meet me for dinner. To her credit she came that night I liked that no games she had no excuses no other plans at all. She just came. The next 3 weeks it was the same thing I would call that day and she would be their each night. No games at all.

 

Know this is ware I would learn a lesion that would change they way I would work with men in the program. This happened about the second week I was dating this girl. I was on a double date with a man that I had become good friends with. We had a lot of men there that week and I had to give my interrupter to a new man that had just come in. So I just brook Rays #1 rule don't get between a man and his date. I don't think anyone would have such a profound and deep effect on me.

 

We went to a real nice restraint two men three ladies the first part of the night was normal the girls and I had been dancing wile waiting for dinner. The girls wanted this man to come out and, dance his date was looking at him a bit strange, and you could see she was not to happy. The next time the girls went out to dance I stayed behind to talk to him. I told him she had asked me about getting him to dance with her.

 

I have never seen a man look so crazy in all my life his eyes went wiled lit up the size of silver dollars. This is no joke he looked like a crack head you could feel the hate coming out of him. He told me never to interfere with his dates, who the hell I thought I was to talk to him this way. He told me not to say another word to him, and went off to the bathroom when the girls came back he meet them at the table, and asked to talk to in privet. I was still sitting their in shock my girl asked me what was wrong I am sheer my face was ghost white. I told her I would talk to her latter about it.

 

 Sitting at the table waiting for him to come back all I was thinking what would happen next I had no clue what to do or say to him. I mean I was just besides my self thinking about what had just happened. The girls soon went out the dance floor, wile I was setting waiting the interrupter came back, and told me she had called a taxi for him so he could go home just left. Did not say goodbye to his date, just gave the interrupter money to pay for all of are dinners and was gone. Well know the night was a total nightmare so I started thinking what would happen the next day back at the office.

 

The next day at the office I stayed up in the video room almost the full day I just did not know what to do. It wasn't long after he was out of time and went back to the states. Know I could relax once more. So I thought?

 

Things were going vary well with my girl night after night we were together she never missed a date, so we had also talked a lot about marriage, we each wanted the same kind of life we each had a good feel for the other, and the bonus for me was I just felt like I could trust her 100%. We were walking around looking at rings, and talking about getting married in Russia and living in Russia for a year then I would go home and get us a place us to live.

Again, it was you who open the pandora box with : "should I say since your site is free that all you have is Girls that pay you to get them matched or old hags and 75% of your girls are scammers"... And i have explain how i work and problem i have know with other agency... but like each time you take this personaly...

I have nothing against agency who ask money for service... i have listed one in the commercial section and next month, i go list a other who work with a matchmaking free before start.... but like have write Ken : "your agency is the exception, not the rule"

Guys.... why are you arguing?  

In my opinion writing first is a waste of time anyway. In my own personal experience it was a total waste of  both time and money.

If a man is genuinely serious about this endevor, he is eventually going to have to visit  one of the countries of the FSU.  You can invest all of this time writing only to discover that there isnt that magical thing called chemistry.  Anyone who is truly adept at reading body language can tell very quickly if a woman is attracted to you and interested.  Were a man smart about this, he would spend a lot more time honing those reading skills.

When you meet someone cold (ie they dont know you and havent met you) you are far more likely to get a true inital reading.  I like the speed dating approach.  You spend about 20 minutes introducing yourself over a cup of coffee, juice tea or whatever beverage you and she choose.  The only purpose of the meeting is to determine if both you and she are interested to see each other again.  Remember, she has johnny and others writing to her....you are far more likely to see (at least at the outset) her real reaction to you.  

Having done this, I went out on 11 coffee meetings.  Of the 11, only 3 showed any real signs of interest.  After a second meeting with those 3 it was very easy for me to know which girl was really into me.  Obviously, you are going to pick girls you are interested in so its important that you focus on her and her interaction with you.

Part 11

 

THE PROPOSAL 

 

But fist the pay back. I told you I was going to get Clarke and Larry at the same time. Out of the blue came my chance. Clarke had a special friend in the LTP program you might say the teachers pet. Hellen Miss Tver a 6ft 2in blond we are talking if there is a 10 in life she was it. If any of you have seen the old Salt of the earth video we sent out years ago. This is the girl who won the Tver beauty contest.

 

Will I get an e-mail from Clarke that she was coming in to update her video and bio he went on to tell me how to do this and how to do that. It was like she was the only girl in the program.

 

So one day I was at a night club thinking about Miss Tver I saw a tall blond in a dress so short her back side was half out of her short dress. Each time her hands went over her head her back side was exposed. The next day at the office I called for a striper told them just what I wanted.

 

The next day one of the interrupters and I set the stage we had the girl act like she was doing a normal video as she walked to the chair the dress was so short you could see 50% of her back side. (Know you must understand that Larry is hard core old fashion and I new the second he saw this he was had. He was the easy part of this set up) Know as the video keeps going she tells us her name and age with that she sits down.

 

The first question I ask her is what do you feel you have to offer a man as his wife? She stands up puts her foot up on the chair brings her hands to her ankle and slowly brings them up her legs, and cups her brest putting her hands over her head. Saying what do you think about what I have to offer a husband my long legs and beautiful body?

 

We passed the video, and at the LTP office in Santa Clara there was a small party to show off the new Miss Tver video. Clarke had called all his elite clients. Like I told you this was Clarkes number 1 girl in the program. The first words out of Larrys were what the F is Marc doing my God her ass is hanging out what's he doing this is a marriage agency not a home for tramps. Clarkes is crying were is Helen this is not Helen he starts to apologized to all his friends one of the men had a 2 hour drive just to see this video.

 

Then we start the video one more time the camera  was on her hands over her head we bring the camera back and she is standing there butt naked we put some Russian music on and she performs a dance on video. I was told at this time the room went silent, after a few seconds Larry speaks that SOB he got us Clarke, and starts laughing at Clarke about the entire fuse he had made to see Helens new video. Clarke reminds Larry that he was the first one who starting yelling, crying about tramps.

 

Clarke calls me that night I was laughing so hard I was crying he was telling me about Larry, and how he jumped out of his seat winning. He told me about his men giving him hell at first, but after they looked at the video the 3^rd time they all had fun. Clarke even made copies of the video, and gave them to the men that were there. Clarkes last words to me that night was thanks I needed a good laugh!

 

MY PROPOSAL.

 

How do you propose to a girl that 100% knows its coming? You can't surprise her with it so you just try to think of what you can do to make it nice, and romantic One thing I had was a good interrupter for this night she was  she was one hell of a cook. So we set the candle light dinner.

 

The table was set with all kinds of fancy Russian plates, and crystal glass. My Tver office manager who lived two flats away from me she brings her best china over for the night. We had 11 big roses these roses had to be two feet tall with roses the size of soft balls. Just in front of the roses there were two crystal candle holders with yellow gold colored candles. Around the candle of hers was the wedding ring. You almost could not see the ring.

 

At 7pm the knock on the door a quick panic attack, and the door was opened. The first thing she sees is this big white teddy bear that she had falling  in Love with as she reaches to pick up the bear that was setting at the table in her chair she spots the ring around the candle to this day I can't believe she spotted the ring so fast. Must be something about women, and Gold Rings?

 

In a split second the ring was off the candle, and on her finger. Since the ring was on her finger I went to a knee and did the deed, and she told me yes with a big kiss. The rest is history. She never left that night. We sent the interrupter home after dinner. This was the first night we spent together. I must have done something right or she was just dispirit? The only time she left me was to bring all her clothing over as she just moved in.

The wedding and a knife to put in my back!

THE WEDDING

 

I wanted to have a nice wedding it was her first, and my first as well. We set a budget, and she went to work setting the date in 3 weeks. She was not messing around it was fine by me no time for me to chickening out.

 

I get a phone call from LTP Marc you need to come home on this day we were getting married on Sunday. I told LTP are you crazy two days after I get married you want me on an airplane?  No way! what's your problem. The man you pissed off wants to come back to Tver. This was the man that went off on me at the restaurant for telling him that it would make his date happy if he would dance with her.

 

Needless to say my response to LTP was kiss my ass! I was so dammed mad I just hung up the phone. Well the next day Clarke calls me to talk to me its seams the man did not care about the wedding, and is saying it was my fault that his first trip went bad so you can give my money back for the first trip, and we will call it even.

 

What could I do Russia was to small a country for the two of us let alone being in the same town at the same time. We agreed on 1 week after the wedding I would come home.

 

Back to the wedding I was amazed by my wife she had taken care of anything, and everything. She keep brining me recites for each thing she did. She was driving my crazy with recites one day she handed them to me and I walked over to the gas stove and lit them up to show her that she did not need to bring them to me.

 

Wondering what would go wrong next. The next big problem is to get married in an orthodox church you must be orthodox. So I was baptized. That's a story in it self but we won't go there. The next problem was my best man must also be orthodox or he could not take part in the wedding. So I can't ask the best man to do this. I went to a store and paid for an orthodox cross to ware the day we were married.

 

Time for the next problem it seams that the priest was getting on my wife telling her not to do this that it is crazy for her to get married to a man she has only know for a short time. She tells me that the priest wants to talk to me about the wedding. I was a bit mad so I went to see him we talked for about 15 min. He started telling me the same thing. It was not advice he was giving us it was hard and cold warnings not to do this. So I asked him is this normal? For a priest to oppose marriage he told me that he was not opposed to marriage he was opposed to me taken her away from Russia. So we left it at that, as the last thing I wanted to do was upset him.

 

Was there anything else that could go wrong? Yes there was the day of the wedding the main office driver went to pick up my wife to be. We hired a second driver to pick up me and the best man. Its seams that the new driver and the interrupter had never been to the church we were getting married in and he took us to the wrong church. We get some help, and go to the next church we can't find it. We are lost its was turning into a joke. Then the Driver and Interrupter get out of the car, and just start asking people were to find this church. No one new of a church anywhere near us. At the real church the office manager was wondering were I was it was almost time for the service to start. She called the driver, and he was told how to get to the church. Maybe all this was good I had no time to think about getting married. We just arrived and walked into the church.

 

Standing in the doorway waiting for the services to start. Seam to take forever. We then were asked to walk forward about 10ft.we had to wait for the crowns to be blessed. That was about the last thing I understood in the wedding service as it was 100% in Russian. I felt like a blind man being walked around the room. The interrupter was telling me when to say I do. We walked to the other side of the room bells starting ringing we were introduce as man and wife... When the Russian came up to us that's when I understudy we were married.

7 days of haven, and soon all hell would break out in Tver.

Hell week.

 

Its starts at the wedding party. One of the AM was as drunk as a skunk. He was getting so out of line with some of the RW that one even tossed her drink in his face. Knot to be out done an RM who was also drunk, and upset about pay being late. He started doing some kind of kung fu dance. He was grabbing one of the girls back side at the party, and as fait would have it she was my wife's best friend, and maid of honor. To top if off she was also my best man girl of choice.

 

The first day as Man & Wife was to be no better then the party. My wife gets a call from her best friend who tells my wife that Rigo my best man called off their date that night. His reasons were the way she acted last night by letting the RM put his hands all over her. So my wife tells me to get dressed as we were going to the office to talk to Rigo.

 

My wife and I set down with Rigo she explains that this was a normal Russian drunk. Her girl friend was afraid to say anything to him. She new if she did it would only start a fight at the wedding party. She told him her girl friend was a big girl, and felt a little grabbing was better then a lot of fighting. Rigo told me latter that he kind of understudy, but there was too much grabbing going on for him. He never went out with her after the party.

 

Soon I was on the airplane going home; know the office was vary upset over there pay being 1 week late. My first day back I receive a call from a past client who was in contact with the Tver office all the time. He tells me about the computer girl sending him a letter about a man that was there giving 3 computers away. She tells him that she was getting one of the computers from him. She also tells him what a fool this man is and that she is dating him just to get a free computer.

 

Next I get an e-mail from my personal interrupter telling me there was an office meeting with the manager, and the main interrupters that Rigo the best man at the wedding. Was the fool giving computers away? He was also telling the staff if he own LTP their pay would never be late, and how he would pay them a salary plus bonuses. He gave two computers to the two Interrupters that worked with him, and the photo man Edick was the boy friend of the interrupter he gave a computer too.

 

So he had brain washed two key interrupters. The main computer girl and the photo man. The only problem was never promises a Russian something you cant or don't give them! The office manager has sent an e-mail to his friend that was also a passed client of LTP asking if Rigo was a good man that he was trying to buy the Russian office. The man replied you must be joking this man deals in used computers, and can't run the business he has with out problems. It went on to say lots of bad things about Rigo.

 

Things start to get out of hand. Rigo friend calls up the LTP office he was on the phone with Rigo that night. Rigo was kicked out of the office by the manager, and told to get out of his flat or she would have him put out. He was also afraid for his safety. We called the office manager told her that it's O.K. to tell him not to come back to the office, but we are still 100% responsible for his safety he can stay in the flat. To make sheer he is safe no one is to work for him! When its time for him to leave make sheer his driver takes him to the airport with no problems!

 

In one day I had a visa, and ticket back to Russia. Don't forget that I had to face two crazy men. The man that had me kicked out of Russia, and Rigo who had split are office in half. We sent a fake name to Russia to have a driver at the airport to pick me up as we wanted no one to know I was coming. This time I was given full power by LTP to make any changes that were needed.

 

By the way I had returned back to Russia with in 7 days of leavening Russia.

On the airplane all I could think about was what would make Rigo try to take over LTP. We are not talking big business here. LTP was just a small family run style of business.

 

In Tver I had my wife waiting for me so we talked about what was going on she told me that there was a lot more to this story it seams that the two interrupters that worked for Rigo were trying to get all the interrupters to be part of this, and told my wife to go away from the office that day. Know I am officially mad as hell.

 

First day in the office this is a day that I will always think of when I start to feel sorry for an interrupter or office worker who is fired for any reason.

 

The computer girl who was dating a man just for a computer, who was bragging about it she was number 1 on my list this is a girl that worked for us for 2 years. She also was one of the inter circle of girls in the office, and vary good friends with the two interrupters that also received computers from Rigo. She was my number 1 fear if she had a chance to get on the computer she could delete a lot of LTP files or copy them.

 

When she walks into the room her face hit the floor first she was late, and I think she new what was going to happen. She walks out of the room into the computer room. I followed the first words from her mouth am I fired? Yes I told her. She went into a song and dance how she had nothing to do with Rigo. She was one of the girls that told him no. That dose not matter lets just say you had nothing to do with it, but you think you can date a man for a free computer, and Bragg about it to others.

 

This is when she went off calling me about any name you could think of. She tells me that I am nobody, and I can't fire her she runs into the other room. The office was full of people at this time. She starts talking to the other girls in the office like nothing had happened. It was at this time I spoke out to the men and other office staff.

 

I am sorry, but ladies anyone of you that wants to be fired keeps talking to Irine. She is not welcome in this office, and is not to stop you from doing your jobs. I was surprised as not one person stud up for Irina they all did not look at her. Irine picked up her things, and was out the door with nothing else to say.

 

Clarke had fired the two interrupters and photo man so Irine was number 4 to go. I had 3 others on my hit list of the girls that were the inter circle these were the girls that always were together, and always seam to run the office sort of speak. With all the time I spent in Tver I knew just who the trouble makers were. I had seen lot's of good things and some bad things too.

 

Know its time to deal with the devil. The man that had me kicked out of Russia after just getting married. He had walked up to the door out side. I told him please let me explain why I came back. He told me it was O.K. he new what was going on, and was glad to see me. He also told me about what had happened to him, and how Rigo asked him if he was interested in being a partner with him. He told me that he wanted to kick Rigo's ass that day, but being in Russia he did not want to look bad in front of the girls. He also told me that Rigo had two of the other men that were in the office at the meeting. So Rigo was just making all kinds of problems for us. So thank God that was over, and went in a nice way.

 

So its only 11am I am all fired up know its time to talk to the office manager to see what she had to say. We went into the computer the first words out of her was am I fired too. I told her no I told her that Clarke was not happy that she did not stop this, but he is expecting a full report from me on what happened, and why that you, and are Russian partners did not stop this in the first place. Why did you help them by letting them have a meeting with the office staff?

 

She named 3 interrupters that went behind her back to the Russian Partners, and they wanted the meeting with Rigo so she did as she was told by them. She told me that Rigo offered them all kinds of things, but the office manager told me she just felt that this man was two faced, and just had a bad feeling about him. She told me that she told the others that she would not work for him or with him.

 

Next I told her 3 girls to fire she looked at me, with amazement then told me that two of the girls could not be fired they are good friends with the Russian partners I should wait to talk to them first. I told her no that if they did not like it they can work with Rigo if they wanted too. She told me that she understood, but I was wrong to fire Irine and one of the other girls on my hit list that these two girls were not part of Rigo's plan.

 

Irine was not fired for being part of this plot to take over LTP. She was fired for dating Rigo for a computer! The second girl I fired was a girl that I felt was not doing her job. She was just working men for tips, and gifts. The 3^rd girl was one of the best interrupters, but was the last one of the inter circle of interrupters. I fired her knowing I would let her come back in a week or so. She just needed to know she was next if she did not shape up.

 

Next a meeting with Rigo, and the Russian powers to be.

Meeting with Rigo

 

Sorry for not posting this update sooner summer is coming and I have just not had time.

 

This was a perfect summer day all I felt was cold and bitter. Rigo and I meet out front of the office on a park style bench for the whole world to see. He was a bit upset with me saying I was nuts letting these girls go what were they going to do for a job. I cut him off at this point.

 

Rigo don't give me this line of shi_ ! You think I am dumb that I don't know your setting up a new agency with my X employees you think I am going to keep paying them to steal from me, to give to you.

 

He also told me to pay the girls that worked with him. He gave me a paper with their hours, and days worked, and demanded payment. Rigo you are pissing me off big time first your new photo man has my photo equipment if he dose not return it by tomorrow I will have you and him arrested as common thieves. I also pointed to the corner were Slave of the police was standing I have a meeting with him after I talk to you.

 

He tells me to give him the money for them he would get my equipment. I told him to kiss my back side I would give him nothing. He even wanted payment for them the week they were fired, and up to the day he was going Togo home. Rigo they will be paid up to the date they were let go only! after that you need to pay them as they know work for you.

 

He told me no, and pay them or else. Or else I say I wave over to Slava, and he and interrupter came over to us. I explained to Slava about are photo equipment and Rigos demands for payment. He asked Rigo for his pass port, and sticks it in his pocket. If you could have seen the look on Rigo face it was price less. Slava then told Rigo what a fool he was and he was a guest in Russia had no wrights to make any demands. Slava then asked me what I wanted him to do.

 

I looked at Rigo, and asked him if this was the way he wanted to handle this or did he want to give back my photo equipment. Well what do you know a new man who was know willing to work with me, and get back are stuff. Slava them pulls out his pass port gets out his note book and writes all Rigos info down, and hands it back with these words. I don't have time for this foolish acting don't make me come back tomorrow. Slava then went back to the office to wait for me.

 

Just so you all know this was only a bluff Slava, and I had talked before, and he told me there was nothing that he could really do to Rigo about this. So know Rigo was easy to deal with we made armaments talked a bit about the whole office staff, and why he did what he did.

Since I don't follow agency politics it's unlikely I'd know the name. Before my time, I doubt it.

BTW, we just celebrated another wedding anniversary on 4/11.

3) Work to eliminate any agency from your communications.


I am shere you had a good meaning here, but for the men that need a full service agency don't you think that this statment is a bit strong and in the long run in some cases you will hert him, and their match as we work with them on miss understandings and after care services.

Marc Dayton is famous for being unable to spell, use spell check, or write in English but I recommend not
using agencies for anything that you can do yourself. If they can do it, then you can do it. So don't use
them for anything.
