Narva - A future place for Russian destabilization

A quick note:  Narva is up in the upper right hand corner where the area is darkest.

I thought I'd include a quick map above of Estonia's Russian speaking concentration.  If Putin is to be taken at this word, all areas of the FSU where Russian is the predominant language are scheduled for repatriation (the people and the land).   Is, then, Narva and parts of Estonia to be the next Ukraine?  Russian jets have overflown Estonian territory repeatedly in the past two months.  NATO is stationing frontline troops and resources in Estonia.

Funny thing is, no one asked the Narva citizens if they would like to be a part of Russia.  They are overwhelmingly against any participation in a Russia movement.  The last figures presented were around 82% against any activity.   

The primary reason for this opposition?  They can see across the river and how their Russian counterparts live.  The standard of living is so much better in Estonia than it is in Russia that only the die hard Russian nationalists would have any desire to be under Russian authority.
