Изумруд, Russian soldiers don't have passports - passports are taken from them at the moment they start serving. They have them back after they are done serving. It is the law.

Who- they? I only see passports on the video.
Names? Place, date of birth? Where did Poroshenko get the passports if "Russian soldiers" like he said are not supposed to have passports?

No, they could be Ukrainians. They definitely have an accent when speaking English.

The number of foreigners fighting for Ukraine is miniscule. The number of foreigners fighting for the terrorists is rather large (larger than natives).
