My quick and dirty translation:

Who are we?  -- WOMEN!

What do we want?  New dresses and earrings!

Where will you get the money for it?  ... And new boots and new handbags!

Where ... holy hell (ejaculation) ... will you get the money for it?  ...and fur coats, and hats, and a manicure!
