ADDITIONAL $165 fee--thanks a lot!

Yesterday, USA Embassy, Kyiv, approved my wife and daughter's IR1/IR2 visas. So the nice surprise is that USCIS has added an additional fee of $165 per person to issue the green card and mail it to you at your new USA address. You can pay these fees on-line with a credit or debit card or checking account.

They state:

"We strongly encourage you to pay this fee after you receive your immigrant visa packet form the U.S. Embassy or consulate abroad (including Canada and Mexico) and before you depart for the United States.
