Appreciate the kind words Gator. I hope I can contribute something useful as well. I was on the other forum for 3+ years. Actually, I was never banned but it's gotten BAD over there in the last year or so.

Fwiw, I've only been registered here for a short time and so far it's been very pleasant. There doesn't seem to be any fringe lunatics like you have at the other place. Kudos to you guys and I hope we can keep it that way.

Of course I have some strong opinions but it just got absurd "over there".

I look forward to being active on a FSUW dating forum that's more pertinent to the FSUW pursuit and hopefully a lot less political, less biased, and less downright caustic and vitriol as the "other" one has become.

I hope it isn't poor forum etiquette to poke at a dormant thread like this.  I came across what Guppy Captain said about the "other place" and wanted to bring attention to it, as I couldn't say it better myself, and fairly accurately represents my own sentiments.  I don't think it got any better since you were away, GC!

The forum owner mistakenly believed that I did something that I didn't.
We were having a bit of a falling out regarding other stuff at the same
time.

I don't have any animosity towards them and I doubt they even think about me.

I plan to build on it as soon as I have some spare moments.  I'm looking forward to chatting about FSUW dating again.... that topic seems to have almost completely dried up at the other place (so 2tall is right, they probably did forget about him).

I'll be interested in chatting with you and others as I am also planning to soon relocate to Russia.

Hey by the way - Canadians are still upset at Colorado stealing the Cup from the Nordiques!
