When i first considered going to russia, it was purely for sex. I wanted to have sex, come back to uk, go to another country and repeat the cycle. I joined some dating sites, and found some attractive females, some of who weren't relationship worthy so i dismissed them, this is when i came to terms that deep down i wanted to meet a girl i could fall in love with. I was in contact with my gf, she came to Moscow to meet me, i initially was interested in her personality, she was apparently a virgin, and i thought why not, there were other girls who were more attractive, but i knew she was one in a million. I met her, and liked what i saw, she was good, but not affectionate towards me even after sex, we spent a week in moscow, i went to her city for 3 weeks. I came back to london and broke up with her 2 weeks later, as the lack of affection was something i couldn't deal with. It hurts been the second day, i feel like i won't find a girl who is both attractive and a virgin, i didn't care about virginity initially, but now it is something i like, she is by far best girl i ever met and dated. i wanted to get this off my chest, and need some closure, i feel like i ruined something good, but i don't want to be with someone who lacks affections, i read lots of bs stories on here, and don't want to be stuck in a miserable relationship.

1) Blood
2) sex was terrible, it was a learning curve
3) cramps for next few days as i went full throttle due to having doubts initially
4) irregular period
5) i met her parents, old school type

You want closure?  Well, I can tell you from both personal experience and every observation from here on this forum.  Once you terminate a relationship, you have no options.  It is over.

Affection, from an FSU woman, is not given out like sex.  It is earned.  You give out affection to many different women.  You've said so yourself.  (Many women call you.)  Yet you didn't bother to find out what the mores are in Eastern Europe.

Do you have any idea what an honor it is to be introduced to a woman's parents?

i never bought her any gifts, just flowers, she didn't like me to spend my money, she paid her own airplane tickets. I am just going to make trips and enjoy myself, focus on one girl at a time. I couldn't help my phone, i told them right away i found someone, i was open about knowing more girls to her, she asked me prior to us meeting, and just said she was jealous.

she clearly thought you where serious with your intentions , while your actions showed you where not

There is a big difference between sex, and making love. It reads to me as if she gave one, but not the other. Why? Women tend to reciprocate depending on what is offered in terms of relationship.
