A Dutch court has overturned an order that Russia pay $50bn (£29.5bn) to former shareholders of an oil company that was forcibly broken up in 2007.

It was also announce today that it'll be appealed..  Big Whoop.. Russia has already said that it doesn't have to abide by the ruling of International Courts.

It'll drag out for years.

Actually, what they did was make a law that says they will ignore any international ruling that conflicts with national law

What IS the point of signing up to a club e.g ECHR/ UN and thumbing their rulings - yet influencing votes and even vetoing stuff that would make her actions illegal ?
