To be honest, if I were to get an RW I would try to moderate to a minimum the amount of western feminism she could be exposed to here in the UK.

Getting rid off the TV license & terrestrial TV and going instead for Apps internet based access would be the way forward for me I think. Just too much rampant feminazi content on terrestrial TV these day, particularly the BBC News like to slot in the feminist agenda and propaganda material to get women to act more like men and convince them they are being short changes, something is not right, or how they should be. Shame as other than that I generally like BBC News over the other news channels.

The type of workplace too if she were to work needs to be guarded against too as many unscrupulous feminists & gold diggers promote their activities to other women through work also.

Although I would agree with you there are a number of life changing inventions contributed by women throughout history I don't think I would agree with you that Hedy Lamarr was a "feminist", at least not as feminist is defined.

She seems to have been usurped by the feminist cause in recent years but she herself was not particularly feminist oriented in her views or life from what I can gather.

She does have some good quotes though...

How many times she married is irrelevant to feminism.  What is relevant is whether she viewed herself as an equal to men, and Hedy Lamarr certainly believed that. 

I don't think she loved playing a temptress.  But her beauty relegated her to such roles.  It was her boredom with such roles that triggered her interest in inventions.

Yes, she was a mixture of beauty and brains.  It is unfortunate she appeared to not find happiness in her personal life.


ETA - Did you read her ghostwritten autobiography?  I think she sued, or threatened to sue (can't remember which) for it, as so much was fabricated.  I read the book on her by Richard Rhodes.
