I remember way back when the previous owner (Patrick) of prior site asked who wanted to take it over.

He then chose Dan from among those who showed an interest.
I *did* offer Dan to transfer the hosting of domain name to my web hosting company as that would at least give an amount of certainty for the bills being paid on time but no answer yet.Similar I could add a VPS to host the sites with little to no extra cost, as could others.
Without calamities we should be safe until the end of May.
