I can only assume, that it must be difficult for an uneducated person, who despite having a GED
is unable to process the difference between an unrealized future plan, compared to one that is not currently realized this very instant (imagine the concept of an unrealized capaital gain)

all the Republican plans for cutting social spending are pretty well documented...except in the right-wing blog-o-sphere which is the origin of 100% of your information
and it's all BS designed for low IQ people...just like you

look on the bright side...having a GED means you don't have to go to boring class reunions or get hit up by an alumni associations for donations
every dark cloud has a silver lining
