Go to a city with a large University and take a course or go to the English
department and see if you can be an English tutor or something like that.

So I advise you to educate yourself on the laws and requirements involved

In my opinion very few* 18-23 year old women in the FSU are ready for marriage.
That doesn't stop them from doing it because they do it all the time, but often
they are divorced a few years later. I advise taking the long view and careful
planning.
