I give Moobs the benefit of the doubt.  Surely there is some subject to discuss over a beer that he would not introduce some obvious inflammatory comment.  Maybe not; he is described as uncommonly intense.

By whom? Someone who has 'met' me and needs to get out more ( when allowed ) ?;)

BTW Does the term Moobs mean the same in the US... ? ...'Man Boobs ' ?

I'm not fishing for fools ( as BC knows, really)  I'm posting an opinion, based on a sight better knowledge than some of my 'detractors' and if they can offer intelligent discourse (and why their opinion is 'sound') ... welcome ..

Moby,

IIRC in the past, we both agreed that you can be quite petulant and overly persistent.  Don't know if it was at RWD or elsewhere but do remember saying that a regular poster (you?) on the forum was 'like a dog with a bone(r).. just won't let go'.  You produce enormous amounts of forum clutter with most who bite your bait in just about any thread.

Along with constant personal insults, some of the info you posted may well be questionable.  I didn't bother pointing anything out because I don't want to get into never-ending discourse mode with you. Been there, done that. Not worth the time, efforts and insults.

I guess what I'm saying is if you tone it down a notch or ten and stick to the subject at hand it might not be so bad to chat every now and again.  For now, interest is practically zero.  Don't be a trolling boor.

In a way, you are becoming a lot like Trench. Or is it Trench is becoming like you.  Haven't quite figured that out yet.

I remember hearing 2-3 weeks back that somewhere (seems it was San Francisco), doctors were going to start trials using the HQC.

Why isn't there discussion of these trials, rather than just back and forth about what Donald has said?

Trials are complicated and takes years to complete. It's best the government keep it simple and tells everybody they're working on it.

A friend of mine who's a nurse used to work in a laboratory testing drugs on people. He told me about the controls and the complicated process to make sure every drug is safe and has the desired effect before putting it out on the market. It can take years. He said some of the human test subjects are freaks but they are willing to take experimental drugs to help their fellow man for money.

He said one of the test freaks annoys people in the lab with his singing. He tried out for American Idol singing Bohemian Rhapsody. Not everybody gets to be on tv but he made such an impact, they put him on national tv. Here's his performance. Don't laugh, he's probably now getting tested for some of the drugs that may save your live.

Do your part to limit the spread of COVID-19

Sure, as long as you don't mind possibly not enjoying your assets much longer ... and much sooner than nature intended

You should organise a 'protest' like these morons

This, coming from someone who have absolutely no control  with their own household.

How the heck would you know what's happening here while you're stuck in a basement cowering? Stick to what's going on around you .

You got something right ... I have no idea how to handle my mother ( Alzeiher's ) when she's having a bad day ....

1/ I was in the kitchen making bread .. fruit loaf

2/ There's no hiding in any basements... The house is on an estuary ...

3/ Wifey is fine and totally misbehaving ..

So, have you anything pertinent to counter my stance ?

Good. I'm glad. It still doesn't negate the fact you are not where you're obsessed yourself with to remotely have an understanding what is actually going on here, much less have an iota of opinion about it. You're already clueless of anything close to you as it is.

You haven't knelt and apologize for your silly post I again corrected. Any time you're ready 'homes.

ApologiSe?  You 'corrected' nothing.. I just didn't respond ..  You were losing control ...

So,  can we expect other parts of the USA to 'protest' with Rifles because they were ( wisely) told to stay at home ?

BC-

From my perspective, even in normal times, working is ingrained deeply amongst Americans psyche.

Oh, Ple-EASE ..

There were times in the past, even our work week schedule is somewhat ridiculed because of the total hours we work and the relative lesser times provided for vacations and holidays - comparatively to Europeans..

Maybe being in Europe for so long you've lost that awareness and understanding of the fiber of our society. The very vast majority of Americans cannot sit idly by and not work.

GDP per hour worked ..2015

USA ( 5th )  ... Behind four nations from .... EUROPE ..

Once again, I didn't respond as you were screaming like a baby that you were being 'treated unfairly' ...  I simply thought ..  GQB is making an arse of himself..

If you READ my post, then actually READ the silly link you just posted to attempt to refute it, you'd realize how silly you really are. I've no need to even explain this to you as I'd rather leave you in your current state. LMAO. If anything your link actually SUPPORTED my post and assertion.

America put in more hours—33.6 per week on average—than all four of the European countries with higher productivity rankings.

Catch up. Such an idiot..

..and I'll be proud of you when you can (finally) stop avoiding telling us what is 'essential' and legal about your frequent drives between S.Wales and Dorset ?

Why don’t you take a long walk off of a pier into the frigid Atlantic Ocean at midnight on a bitter cold day you non-thinking non-essential Nazi.  8)

There is a porn site on the internet
They call Porn Hub Dot Com
And it's been the ruin of many a poor boy
And God I know Confederate IS ONE!!!!

Oh mothers tell your children
Not to do what Confederate has done
he spent his life in sin and misery
watching porn hub dot com

you Animals

I have found the path of true enlightenment, and I no longer desire sex at all!
and this lets me focus on survival

pretty much the only kind of future business plan that makes any kind of sense during a global Depression is some form of criminal activity...

it's hard now to find cash flow businesses for money laundering that aren't a health risk
except maybe actual coin operated laundromats...

I've almost shutdown all my businesses, I am only keeping one open because we can all work remotely!
I am emptying my offshore bank accounts for gold as fast as I possibly can...
even selling my .229% T-Bills when they come due and will be swapping for gold

at the end of the year, I'm going to quit trying to make money forever more
and instead just live off the fat of the good years
I'll have a hand full of bank accounts for normal use
and a huge stock pile of "brass money" a.k.a. cartridges
and gold and palladium for big scale buys
and silver for day to day commercial use

I'm also getting a fire-proof tile roof
and sprinkler system on first, second and basement
windows are being replaced with lexan ones
all this plus my automated video system will make it harder to take me by surprise at night
as long as I'm still living in this house

my instincts tell me I should be living on a 45 foot boat in the Caribbean, fishing, diving and treasure hunting (and I know some great spots!)...
but my family ties keep me here
at least until my daughters leave
they've both decided against my advice to go live in Russia this August
my oldest daughter is going to get married
and my youngest daughter will end up working for one of the companies this family owns...

I plan on attending the wedding whatever price I have to pay, I will pay net problem
even if I have to stay there in the vaktsinnaya klinika a whole month to do so so I can get a K for Mozhaysky District on my passport

but live there?
call me skeptical...
I don't understand why Russians don't realize that Putin is gonna drop the iron curtain on Russians
if you are someone without free personal and financial access to the outside world
then you are MAJORLY F&CKED in Russia...
the gov can take your money any time they want, easy as pie
and then say you can't travel cuz it's a health risk
you are F&CKED at that point...
and still my kids wanna go...

it's nice to have a rich daddy who will always protect you. so you just do what you want and let him take care of whatever problems that may appear....
wish I had sons, I would've kicked their asses so hard
I treated my daughters like they were little princesses
big mistake
