Docetae, 32, born in France and living in Canada since 10 years, divorced with children, collecting (very) old books, enjoying planes, cooking and photography.  I subscribed to an ukrainian matchmaking agency (in fact a scam, confidential connection) in december 2005 as a joke and 3 months after a correspondance completly forged, I decided to take the plane and to meet the woman I was corresponding with. She is 28 with one son.

I meet her in fron the elevator to go to the agency and we stopped there to use their service, after talking together , I learned she had not written the third of all mail I have received, that even my letter were not all read to her....

Despite this, we decided to continue to correspond directly and after to spend vacation together. After this time, we want to precipitate nothing but the volume of our correspondance is a good sign that 2007 will be a great year ...

Why her and not a woman in Canada ? This woman is the first woman I love for what she is, not for what she knows or what she does. We have the same beat of life despite our cultural difference, everything is natural and I can just be what I am with her. We will see what will happen ....

ps : Docetae is the name given to some early christian who believed that the christ was only spirit. As on the net, the  only exchange possible is between spirits, minds, I have choosen this nickname.

 Where in Canada do you live? I would guess Quebec as you are a native French speaker but was curious just the same.

 Good Luck with your lady and I hope 2007 is all that you both dream of!

Fabulous. I too am into photography and old books. Of course, I miss having access to a rare book library at an university.

I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. For old books, I have discovered that the best way to get good prices are to buy old french books to small antique shop in US , they don't know the value and you can do fantastic deals ... and this is like a treasure hunt
