Psych Test from Ukrainian girl.....

Hello to all!
I would appreciate any feedback, suggestions or responses to the psych test that my Ukrainian girl sent me. I know everyone has their own unique feelings on these words, and I personally don't like to evaluate people with psych tests. In any case, I also understand that there is some value to these psych tests, and my girl is a (educated) hottie, so I figure, what the heck do I have to lose? Thanks!

I only try to find out if we can live together, share our common life, don't you mind? This is a fun little exercise that will help us learn more about each other. For each of the words I write below you need to comment on them. Tell me your attitude about them or what significance they have for you.

Chocolate, Kissing, Cats, Mornings, Holding hands, Fashion, Blonde girl, Diets, Morality, Politics, Romantic, Sex, Forest, Tickling, Fishing, Winter, Shopping, Sports.

Yes, many of these words relate to her and her interests and you can probably feel safe to give her your responses. I see nothing negative in the words she gave. It is like her compatability test for you. I would be cautious telling her that you hate any of these things, especially shopping.

You might as well fish for your own answers on this one.  Many of these RW/UK are really into psycology so if you think this will be the last such test you're mistaken.  Wait till you get the one about the horse,pig, cow and dog.

only if you meet, the girl will you be able to tell if you are for each other.  On the Latin board, at one time, there was a posting  of about 50 questions that the men should  ask the girl.

Well, since she is giving you an acid test there you could give her one back.  Something like this.

Chocolate = I like Chocolate girls better than white ones but they don't like me.
Kissing =  It depends where on a woman you are kissing
Cats =  Very good Fried, or Barbecued, not so good boiled.
Mornings = Hate mornings.  My head hurts so bad from all that drinking the night before.

etc.

Sorry, I wouldn't have the dignity to reply to a psych test. I don't feel like it is honest or worthy of my attention. I really do believe that it will be relegated to a form of deception or gamemanship. Not moi!

I am a guy for direct straightshooting honesty. No games. If she sincerely wants to be with me, we wouldn't waste time on tests but have a relaxing and honest simple life.

My lady is (or was until last week)  a psychology teacher and I have over time been presented with numerous light hearted little tests. It is a harmless pastime and if it gives her peace of mind about your character, why not?

I disagree a bit - when we had a correspondence with my now partner and friend at one point i wanted to know his personality as i know mine through astrology (and tests also), so i asked him for his time of birth and found all the information what a parson he's. It didn't mean i didn't know him well - i just was glad he was supportive in all my ideas and besides - soon after i forgot everything i found for him - so it was like a whim that all women have sometimes

It's my understanding that those who are drawn to psychology are so because they themselves have problems they are trying to solve. BTW my ex was a "psgologist" whose only skill in it would be helping people into a straight jacket and into padded cell.

It's sort of like the memes that go whizzing around on LiveJournal and MySpace.  I'd rather deal with that than the "third degree" my last gf went in for when we were first e'ing back and forth. 

Send her your answers and a list of your own . . . you know, "Barbeque, football, power tools, brass pole, blow job . . . "

You will find many FSU ladies are very into Astrology, numerology, spiritualism and psychic phenomena etc. Many are also psychologists.

Psychology is somewhat of a proven science generally, as for the rest, if she likes them then you must respect that - dont try to change her - if it makes her happy then go along with it!

Sending her a bizarre list including "blow job" will hardly be productive if you are a serious man! The list referred to upthread is a well known basic test to determine somebodys basic motivations and assess how they think! If a man shys away from such a thing or sends back silly answers as Turbo suggests then she will think you not serious and/or just a fool! - Would she be right?

Answer her test truthfully, not what you think she wants to hear. A few gals appreciated me for not being a "Yes" man to their beliefs. Some women stopped writing me if they thought I wasn't thinking along the same lines as themselves. Maybe she stopped for the best for both of us since she wouldn't be able to handle who I was.

If you like shopping, your gal will probably dump you. Only women are allowed to spend your money!

My suggestion in my previous thread was just made jokingly.  If it were me, I would just try to give her good answers and not worry about it.  Some guys seem to feel it is not good policy to answer and I guess if someone responded that way she might learn even more about you than if you answered them.

This just seemed like a rather intelligent lot.  I have to admit though that I have made a number of comments jokingly that some seemed to take as serious.  Perhaps if I follow your advice it may give them some guidance.  Sort of like the TV shows where they hold up cue cards that say applaud.

It does, indeed, but plaintext is a tricky thing for some.  As an English major, and writer, I tend to pride myself on being able to both read tone accurately, and deliver it well . . . but it doesn't always work as well as I think, lol.

Just answer honestly.  If you would normally put a little joke in to such answers go ahead, be yourself...just write(joke) after it, and tell the real answer.  If she doesn't like your answers then maybe your not compatible!  Better to find out now.  Would you do such a test from a AW you recently met?  I think this UW is being smart to find out your opinions without telling your hers (to avoid the yes men.)

Did you think to break the topics down into catagories? She has asked you about five topics. Diet and exercise, romance, pets (specifically cats), reoccuring events and nature, and political and moral viewpoints.

Be careful how you answer each because it has been my experience that RW are good at reading into just about anything that you say or do.

Chocolate, Diets, Sports (exercising)   Here is how I would have responded to this: "I love chocolate, and who doesn't? But I try to avoid things that will fatten me so diet is important to me. I enjoy tennis and weightlifting to keep myself both fit and trim. I now enjoy this time alone but dream of the day when I can sweat with my sweetie."  (just kidding about that last part, guys)

Kissing, Holding hands, Romantic, Sex, Tickling.   "To have a strong romance between two is so important, in my opinion. Romeo and Juliet. Cleopatra and Anthony. The list goes on. To have the opportunity to wake my love at first light on a bright winter's morning (cleaver to work into this her other topics, yes?). To maybe play with her with a little kiss and a little tickle is most enjoyable for me. To walk hand in hand in the forest on a warm summer's afternoon. To stop by a stream for a picnic and maybe an hour of fishing."  Blah blah blah...but you get the idea.

Cats.  (a very dangerous topic. An unexploded gernade to be best left untouched.)   I would have responded. "Some cats I like but there are so many. Lions, tigers, panthers...while beautiful creatures I do not think that I would allow one into my home. What is your opinion about cats?"

Mornings, Forest, Fishing, Winter.   I had already blended these four into the romance topic.

Politics, Morality.    (a huge topic and a dangerous one)   "I tend to leave the politics to the government and the morality to the church and the people."

Shopping, Fashion, Blonde girl.    "I can help but to notice how very feminine the Eastern European woman is. Fashion is so important in that regard and I do know that shopping is one of these women's great pleasures. With regard to hair color, it makes no difference to me. If my lady is both feminine and fashion concious then I know that she will appear as a queen. What man would not want it to be so?

So now I have taken  your test for you. I do believe that I have also kept myself out of harms way and if I have left myself open to her for further more specific questions then at least I now know that it is that I am dealing with and I am learning in the meantime more about what is important to her.

If you want to interject some humor, it should not be something she might misconstrue. I once told a young FSU woman, after viewing a picture she sent me, that her mother looked cute in a floppy hat. She thought I was insulting her mother. So be very careful what you say.

I know. For the past 14 years I have worked as a consultant for one of the larger Engergy related products companies. Some of the off the cuff things that I have had to come up with during numerous meetings with potential clients makes me shake my head sometimes. Spin, spin, spin, but unlike a few of my counterparts at least I do not cross the line of being unethical or telling untruths when I do find the need to spin it. The root philosophy is, "When you have been delt lemons learn to make lemonade."

Indeed, I don't do the list thing at all. To be honest, the way I would want to go about it wouldn't be methodical at all but by instinct and by the spirit. I find that one cannot box love into a particularly codified manner regardless of cultural aspects.

The chips fall down (la jeux sont faits) wherever they please and you can control what you expect but realizing that rationalism can determine the course of love would be like bridling horses gone wild. Which is why I find psych tests not to be very indicative of a RW's mental state of being.
