Perfect process from the begining

What is the perfect process from the beginning?  What should I begin to pull together to achieve the following:

1, I travel to Ukraine; meet; develop interest with Madame X... then go home.
2, Interest deepens between myself and Madame X through phone and mail.
3, I visit gain several months later.  Things work our very nicely ... I stay for an entire month.  We are boyfirend / girl friend. Not FIANCES yet (A little too fast for me)
4, Now, I would like her to VISIT me.

< This is where, it seems, innocent actions could sabatouge future status.>  How could a my girlfriend VISIT me?!?!?  In a relationship, if things work out marriage is an outcome, thus immigration was INTEDNED.  Which disrupts the definition of tourist visa.  ANY HELP HERE?

Then, assuming all goes well.  What is the ideas scenario to get married in a way to insure that citizenship goes as smoothly as possible?  Get married in Ukraine?

By the way, if a AM marries a foreign RW, does he become a citizen of Ukraine too?

BACKWARDS FIRST- You are not an automatic citizen of Ukraine and may not be able to become one. All of these issues are of the country. SOme countries allow you to become citizens or residents when you meet the criteria and apply for the status. Some do not allow it.

If you are a US citizen, the likelihood of her being allowed to visit you are very very low. For 2 reasons- first, her application for a tourist visa is not likely to be approved due to lack of sufficent ties to her home country and the statistical facts concerning prior visa overstays.

Second, a USC boyfriend sponsoring her is a negative. The standard is that the "alien" prove that she is not an intending immigrant.

NO help for you- a fiancee visa allows her to visit for 90 days during which time a marriage must occur

But is any of this innocent. Seems when you're an AM dating a RW, you both must face issues sooner than those dating within your own country. It's better to be upfront about the possibilities, once you've started to think about them -- which you seem to have done.

From what I understand, it's damn near impossible for you to get a Russian passport. Have to speak the language, live there X number of years, etcetera. If anyone can tell me otherwise, I'd love to hear it.

How could a my girlfriend VISIT me?!?!? 

You will have to meet in a country where FSU girls can go without visa, or where visa requirements are slight.  Places like Turkey or over here,  places like Jamaica or the Dom. Rep.

A tourist visa for a young fsu girl to the US is impossible, or near so.
