Best agency to use?

Hi everyone, I guess I'm relatively new at this, but I wanted to ask you all what is your preferred agency, and why?  I use Elenas Models myself, given that its very easy and cost effective to contact a great number of women.  Instead of just going through one site, I was thinking of diversifying, and I heard that the Angelika network is alright, but it costs a lot of money to email a lot of women, as you pay per address.  Or are there other sites that are pretty good?

I'm not much of an agency going kind of guy but I like bride.ru. They're good if you don't need any services. Pay $100 first month and $50 there after and you get 30 e-mail addresses a day or up to 910 a month. Lot's of contact info per dollar.

I can't tell you what the best agencies are but I can find out which agencies are bad if you need to know. Elena's models have a decent reputation and have the usual amount of complaints.

I have been using agencies for about 5 years.
I have used AFA and many others.
I found Anastasiaweb to be a big scam.
None of their girls ever responded to me.
I have gotten some response from Bride.ru

Elena's is good.  I met my gal through them and I am far from the only one.   They are not perfect of course.

There are a lot of good ones.  If you read the posts here you will find you are not the only one to have bad luck with Anastasia.   AFA is not considered by many to be the best choice.  There are probably better.

When I was hunting I used Elena's and www.freepersonals.ru   I have heard good things about MerryDating.  

I have not heard of AngelsToLove so I can't comment there but good luck on your March tour.   Will it be your first trip there?

I glanced at AngelsToLove.  Almost all Ukraine women.  It relies on the system of buying tokens to email the women. 

My questions:

How much does one token cost?

How many tokens are required to write a woman?  Receive her letter?

Can you obtain the woman's telephone number and call her directly?

Do you receive many unsolicited letters from women who think you are marvelous?

I did notice a couple of "friendly faces" who I know are sincere, honest women.

Thanks for the comments.  My membership with Elena's runs out in two months, so I am debating on whether or not to spend more money with them going to a premier membership, or to try another site.  While Elena's models has its good points, what are some of the bad points?

IMHO, they can be pricey (US $83 a month for highest level membership vs $50 a month for bride.ru), but the ability to email anyone as much as you want, and they don't hide the real contact information (stay away from getmarriednow.com!  I left them and stopped paying when they refused to divulge the addresses and contact info of the women I was corresponding with), they don't force you to write letters through the agency and if you have a lower membership, you can wink at someone to find out if she's interested in you before you waste a credit emailing someone to find out she's not interested.  I have had decent success, corresponding with a few women, but you know the old saying about not putting all of your eggs in one basket!  So I was thinking about other websites

If that is your main issue, then follow BillyB's advice and join Bride RU. The contact data you get are:
- Postal address
- Email address (if she has one)
- Phone number (fixed and/or cell) and desired calling conduct (from none specified to something like : "Please make sure to ask for my permission first, otherwise you stand no chance !")

When you are saying you are thinking of joining their premier membership.    Their premier membership is $ 15,000.00.  $ 5,000.00 up front and the rest when you get married.   I have a feeling you mean their "Platinum Membership"   Once you kick in the fee one time they let you renew at $ 199.00 for 6 months which is pretty reasonable.

Sorry, I meant the Platinum membership.  They do let you use money spent in the last 6 months towards upgrading, but its solely for increasing their revenue.  It would cost me $350 to go to Platinum when my Gold membership runs out, so just wondering if it would be well spent.

Once you are a platinum member you can renew for $ 199.00 for six months so it is only the first bite that is bad.   I would have been able to renew for fifty bucks less for completing a survey but I am happy not to have to ever do that again.

I looked at lots of different sites when I was lurking around and eventually I went with Elena's Models for a few simple reasons.

1. They had girls from all over Ukraine (not focused in a specific town),
2. It was reasonably priced,
3. It was Australian owned (and their office is less than an hour from my home), and;
4. It was easy to identify who was new to the site.

I didn't pay the membership at all, I just subscribed to the weekly catalogue.  I knew I wouldn't be corresponding for long because all I really wanted to do was find some girls that "looked" like the package so I could visit and meet them on my holiday.

I didn't want hundreds of profiles to choose from and preferred girls that were new to the process. I couldn't be happier with the results thus far.

After a tip on here I also searched freepersonals.ru but the results haven't been comparable to those on Elena's Models.

(I'm a little bummed out too actually.  I think scammers aren't interested in me because my initial letter identified my surname, said I was coming to Ukraine in January and told them I wasn't going to waste their time because I'd bought some excellent eBooks and researched enough to understand that no matter what one feels before meeting, only a face to face meeting can reveal the "possibilities".)

Anyway, I think many approaches are possible.  If I didn't join Elena's Models I was going to just travel there and visit some agencies to peruse the profiles rather than building any expectations before arrival.  During my trip I'll also be aware of the other girls that I meet in the normal course of travel but I think this has a low probability of success.  The good thing about the girls on the sites is that they've already considered migration as a part of a future relationship.

I know I'll be going back and I don't feel like I'm in a rush...  Some may approve or disapprove of the approach I've taken but I'm pretty happy so far.

seems to me that I paid $90.00 for some kind of basic membership with Elena's. Posted my profile. Collected 40 or so responses. Wrote to the one's that look promising. Met a nice doctor from Astrakhan. Developed a decent relationship with her. My membership ran out. Really simple.

Actually Kuna, that is in my mind the best way to do it if a guy has the wherewithall to accomplish it. Although the ladies at the agencies you know have already considered the prospect of immigrating to another country there are lots just walking down the street that will as well if they meet the right guy.
Using an agency is just one tool in the tool box & as any guy knows a variety of tools are nessessary to accomplish one thing, Thats why most of us have more than one tool in our toolbox.

Thanks for the feedback Rvrwind.  It surprises me but I'm happy to hear it.  I guess I should hit those Russian language programs I bought over the next couple of months!
