Well, I just act as my father taught me - Think before you do something. If I don't know English well and my friend wants to talk to me online - how that will look then? Talking online by gestures without webcams - wow, sounds cool, LMAO.
I am not looking for absolution. Forgiveness for the things I do. But before you come to any conclusions - try walking in my shoes.

Bruno, I appreciate your respect to all Russian women in general.

But I got used to live according to one simple rule - wanna get something - be ready to give something back. And if women knows English, French or any more foreign language this will help her to avoid misunderstanding in the beginning of the relationship with a man from abroad.

I am not anxious about finding a good man exactly from abroad. He may live in Russia, in Latvia.....wherever.

But if he is from abroad and speaks English - I will have no problem talking to him via the Net or by phone. But if he is from French speaking or German speaking country - yeah... some problem will appear. But you, Bruno, is a good example - you know a few foreign languages. And most of Western men know 2 languages or even more.
I am not looking for absolution. Forgiveness for the things I do. But before you come to any conclusions - try walking in my shoes.

I also have cable connection. Now in Russia are many internet local networks. In Omsk too - no phone needed - uses network card - http://www.omsk.com/

It costs 2000 Rubls and contains:

cable to a appartment

connect

net address

own email

installations in computer

50 Mb of testing traffic

Map of network

Oh, she is real - yes, she is a friend of a friend who has known her almost 5 years.  He dated her sister for awhile, but remains friends with the family - almost a guardian.

I have talked to her on the phone numberous times, and to her mother, and of course, her daughter!

Given how much time it takes me to write replies to her e-mail (yesterday I spent 4 hours), writing me letters has got to be consuming every free minute of her time.  I know she does so freehand, and her mother takes the second shift and keys it into the computer to send me. Communicating with me is absolutely a family affair!

Kevin
