It's not that unusual for the FSU, from what I hear, and, well, not a policy I object to, frankly, although they're far too pricey for it to matter.

My kudos to them for their honesty, at any rate.  But they're still much too expensive for a schoolteacher's salary!

shot. Are you saying you are a black man and she told you they do not accept black men?

I did not know if that statement was on the site or not.

I know she will not accept other types of men either. If a guy is not realistic in any way they will get bounced. As she told me she does not need the problems dealing with such men.

If a guy does not have personality, looks, charisma  is  50 years old and wants a 20 year old super model he will get bounced.

If a man is very rich and acts like the world owe him whatever he wants  and acts like  a woman’s’ sole purpose is for his  entertain and to be a possession or trophy . He will get bounced (this type of fool gets bounced with a sore ego and much sorer rump)

But,,, why would you be upset with women who value marriage to a man of her own race?  Frankly, I wouldn't marry outside my own race either, and I associate myself with lots of non-whites and I am the least racist man in the world.  But I didn't want to marry a non-white.  It's a family thing with me.

Why would any man even think to mention this?  I find this line of thought very strange.

They said that 30% of men do not pass inspection .
If 20 men give them $150 a month , well , they make a lot of money just
rejecting men .
Then , if you pass , it's $15 hunderd a year .
What a joke .
Here is a letter explaining themselves on how any why you might be rejected ...

We dont accept as full members to our agency men who are impolite with
ladies, African Americans (as we dont have women willing to marry them),
who do not take the process seriously, men with metal problems, those who
choose women with considerable age difference, enough to be their
daughters according the age.
We also cant accept men with very low income because the US government
will not allow to issue fiancée or wifes visa to their girlfriend and the
application will be just rejected by INS. When we ask men to keep to
inform us about their income, we keep this info confidential.
Of course, we cant check the income of men or their criminal background
and here we must rely on mens words and hope they are honest with us and
the ladies of their choice. But during the immigration process American
men are petitioners to the INS and they will be required to provide their
criminal background, affidavit of support, tax reports and annual income
reports. It is next to impossible to enter the US with tourist, exchange
program or work visa for people from the former USSR. Thus if you really
want to marry a lady from the former USSR you can only choose between
fiancée and wifes visa.
Our women clients also entrust their personal life to us and we cant let
them down, at least we try to be protective to them. We also have great
responsibilities of our full members as they will have to travel half
around the world to the foreign land to meet the ladies and we become
their bodyguards and counselors!:)) Most men come across a lot of
differences when they come to Russia, in mentality, culture, language,
food, water, climate etc and we must make sure they feel like home here
and beside the right woman.

Yep, CC, sparkling third world cesspit by the sea.  Ten years now.  I'd like to get out of the humidity myself, but fall through spring's not bad.  California was MUCH better, but the part I lived in, you need a million bucks to buy a house.  And it'll be JUST a house for that, not a mansion.  

Spokane was too freakin' cold.  Nice town except for winter, but here . . . well, you don't have to shovel humidity, lol.

I think I better leave the issue of mixed marriages alone.  I'm sure there's people who thought OJ and Nicole had a good marriage at one time.

I know two Black guys who are married to RW and have been for several years. IIRC  there was a black man married to RW who was a moderator on RWG a couple of years ago.

One of the guys I know is a real looking  guy, a lawyer and a charming son of a gun. his wife worships him. I think they have been married for about 5 or 6 years. They have two kids too.

The other guy just happens to be real good man and an average Joe. He and his wife are married 5 years and have a daughter.

While it is not common it does happen that some RW are attracted to black men.

My personal feelings aside---as they're neither germane nor appropriate here---that's kind of the point.  It's not COMMON . . . and as Irina says, she knows all the women her agency lists personally.

Too low a number as to be statistically significant. . . . . on the few agency sites that actually post a racial preference, there are only a handful that are open to racial diversity

Finally, an agency with enough integrity to put the welfare of their clients (both men and women) at the top of their business plan!  It is no wonder they have to charge more.  You get what you pay for and as my wife says, "cheap pay twice."

I don't understand some guys in this pursuit; how they are over concerned about the costs here and there.  I am not saying that you shouldn't look for the cheapest flight, because it will get you there eventually.  And I don't think I am being an elitist here either, but you have to remember you are searching for the woman of your dreams.  The one in a million.  Maybe it is YOU that has to pass the mustard to be good enough for HER?  Would you rather show your future Mrs. that you are a man that is going to scrimp on her?  Stay in a dump of a flat to save a few bucks?  Remembering that it is the perceived notion that it is HER that is living a life of poverty and it is YOU that is coming from the land of opportunity.

It is not said here enough, this process is not for everyone.  Maybe you can't afford to do it right.  Maybe the cheapskates, (that could have afforded to do it right but cheeped out) deserve the bad luck they get.

I applaud Daknack for stepping up to pay for a first class agency like this one.  It seems as though a man of modest means understands that finding the right woman is a venture not to scrimp on.  When I met my wife, I went with the BEST agency available at the time (LTP).  It looks like there is a new sheriff in town.

Going back to my time with LTP, they were considered an expensive agency at the time.  I decided to go with them because I talked with the owner for hours and hours on the phone.  He was real.  He was honest and sincere.  He had a passion for what he was doing.  In the end, LTP did everything they promised to me. Isn't that what we all really want?

Well, it's definitely different and interesting.  And Sochi looks like a nice place.

What Rock calls clinical, I'd call personalized. And perhaps a plus . . . after all, we're talking matchmaking here, not dating.  Seems the more information available on both sides of the coin, the better the chance of success.

I'll be watching how it goes for DaKnack, lol.  It's still wickedly expensive, but I definitely pay attention around here as to which agencies do right by people.
