Ukraine Family Law Attorney

It's been awhile since I've been on the board. I spent part of December and most of January in Ukraine with my fiancee' and her child. We're going on our third year of knowing each other and are now starting the K-1 process.

I need a recommendation/reference of a Ukraine attorney that handles family law matters and can assist in a child custody matter. I suppose the closer to Nikolaev the better.

I believe in order to get full custody of a child in Ukraine, you need to actually have the other parent's rights to the child dissolved.  Svetlana went to court to do this in Simferopol.  She had a woman Lawyer, I don't remember her name.  The child's Father never seen his Daughter since she was 6 months old, never paid any child support, and was a drunk--yet the Judge still gave him another chance and only ordered him to pay child support.  I might have some more information, if you call me.
