My wife cant understand why.......

Today i told my wife that my RWD friend Rich Will be back in Kharkov this week It is his 8 trip to Kharkov the last year. Then she was very upset and asked me "why do men like Ukraine so much"?? She cant understand why so many men comes to Ukraine. She said to me " Ukraine is dirty, peoples is very rued here, it is a expensive country to live in and even i winter when it is cold it comes men here. She knows that I have meet several men from England, US, Denmark and Norway in Ukraine. Is it only because off the beautiful girls in this country that all this men comes to Ukraine?? I am not shure myself because I really loves Ukraine as a country, the culture, the peoples, the history and so on, but my wife thinks that I love Ukraine only because of the girls and that is not th rue. I feel like a Norwegian with a Ukrainian heart

Your wife apparently notices the bad sides of Ukraine only, and somewhat oversees the good ones, that are mentioned by you.

May be the reason is that because it is the country where she grew up and she pays attention to things that make her own life hard every day. Streets are dirty and poorly paved and she can hardly come out without making her beautiful favorite shoes all covered with dirt. People are rude and she feels it everytime she goes shopping. She gets little money for her hard work and can barely afford many things. Those bad things are of her immediate concern.
Foreign guests know that they are in Ukraine for some time only, and they may simply be not fixed on many things. At the same time, a foreigner may have a sharper eye on the other things like culture and history because it all is different from what they are used to see at home.

Actually, in my personal opinion I don't find anything bad that foreign men like Ukrainian girls. I am even proud for Ukraine   You told you like people? girls do belong to the people. When I come to the Scandinavian countries, not only I absorb the ancient castles, nice streets, carefully made flower arrangements, folk music from the bars in summer, but I gladly let my eyes feast on tall, blond, sporty local men   Anything wrong with that?

Yes Scandinavia is a quiet peacefull garden in a hard and violent world . Now it is not bad that you look at tall and blond Scandinavians . We used to be Vikings, but now Scandinavia is a peacefull place and we Scandinavians help other country's to find peace.

I read one place that Russia will become one of the richest country's in Europe during the next 20-30 years...Maybe in the future Russian girls will come and look in Scandinavia for a man and bring back to Russia . You know that my country has Commons border with your country near Murmansk and MANY Russians lives in Norway

My fiancee lives in Russia , but was born and lived in Ukraine until she moved as a child.  So I have the best of both worlds.  I am familiar with how Russian cities look having been there , but will be meeting my M. in Kiev next month and will be my first  trip to Ukraine.  I look forward to visiting the area as it will nicer weather now(I hope). 

Her fiancee visa application  is now at the NVC and hope her daughter and she will be here in USA by May.   There is definitely something special about RW who are seriously looking to be loved and to give love.  It is hard for those still looking on RWD to understand the feeling until they actually find that special RW.

I enjoyed learning the variations in cultures, historical sites, and events, and people in Russia and I am sure I will the same about the Ukraine.  So, Thor, tell your wife that I have found my love of my life, and am still coming to visit the Ukraine.

I can gurantee that you wil enjoy Kiev. It is a very beautiful city, the only thing I dont like about Kiev is the high prices there Da there is something special about RW. They are so nice and it seems to me that they dont run away as soon as there is some troubbel in the relashionship..

Russian man likes to relax after dinner in restaurant in Volgograd and sleep it off. Needless to say his friends left him there, and came back later to drag him away. His plate made a good pillow.  My lady snapped this picture as we were sitting at the next table.
