I have heard and read alot about this pickup joint....
Its raining hard in Kiev now but if it stops raining I am planning to go to River Palace...
I am not going to bring any of these fine girls home but I would like to go there to talk and interview some of them to get some information...
If you travel to Kiev I think all of you should stop by and check it out

Jack- you are right on the mark about River Palace. Mostly prostitutes or other n'er do wells hanging with the mafia types.

It has been like that for years.

Used to see several of the girls at the big agency socials and find them at their "office" at River Palace a couple of hours later.

They were so bad I didnt want to talk/interview to any of them! returend home after 1 1/2 hour!

Paid 30 grivnas to the taxi driver to take me there and 70 grivnas to come home!

So basically none of the girls wanted to give you the time of day until you forked over $300?

It seems to me you're getting kicked to the curb repeatedly and your method of dealing with it each time is to come here and complain that the girl was ugly or not up to your standards.

Until you're ready to throw money at these women, it's obvious you won't be up to their standards, either.

You remind me of some of my hockey buddies. In my younger days when we traveled for tournaments and such there were always a few guys who went to strip bars looking for prostitutes. They'd pay for sex and, amazingly, in the locker room the next day they'd be high-fiving each other and bragging to the rest of us about their sexual exploits. Always implicit in their bragging was that either their charm or good looks played a big part in their hooking up--they could never see what was so obvious to the rest of us: without their $$ they were useless.
