Women like muscles

So what's more important to an FSUW, the shoes or the muscles?  Maybe a lot of you guys can save the time and effort of going to the gym and just buy a pair of nice shoes.

Well, since I've already got the muscles I suppose I could spring for a new pair of shoes.

Yes loosing wight is always possible.
However it gets harder after 40-45 and after one has developed a large belly (as JC mentions)

Yes, some overweight people don't like the torture of working out.

I did join a Lifetime fitness center which is a step in the right direction and I do own a treadmill.

A treadmill makes a great coat rack.

Don't think that way Jazzy, I'm sure people would be so inspired by your pic that they'd all run off to get gym memberships so they could get in shape too!   You know Arnold Shwarzeneger led by example, as he was the exercise spokesman for our country for a long time! I think Arnold would want you to post a pic.

Doesn't need to be so.
I lost 10 kilos in 3 months by changing my food and got my ass back in the gym.
If i can do it so can anyone.

Don't need sport for loose kilos...

End of my army time, 135 kg... sitting 12 hours days before a radar screen !!!

Gardener work... lower to 110 kg without any regime...

Visiting my future russian wife... loose 5 kilo in one month

Beeing married... around 95 kg weight...

Add a kids... reach the 85 kg...

Divorced... back to 125 kg...

New Ukrainian girlfriend, visit lead to loose 5 kilo in one month...

One year distance relationship, 10 kg more away...

SO FOR THE FAT GUYS, SEEK A FSU WOMAN... IF YOU ARE REALLY VERY HEAVY, ADD A FEW KIDS ( if the law local law allow it, you can marry a second RW in place of make kids )

I am very simple in these things. I will do what I like, sports or no sports, gym or no gym. If the woman loves me, she will have to take me as I am. If I feel that I need to change all of my habits and become a different person, I would feel that the woman was not looking for me.
And to train against Russian food is quite hard.

Yep I am lazy and proud of it.
And my woman does not look like a top model (her words as well), but that does not bother me in the least.
As long as I need her and she needs me, that is enough.
BTW I am 186cm and weigh 90kg. While I am not as thin as I used to be (over 40... ) my shape is not too bad for a guy who has never enjoyed or understood 'working out'.

Aw come now, Jazzy... Some of us are born without the sport genome in the DNA.  I am a prime example.  I am incapable of any type of athletic endeavor.  I cannot run, jump or swim.  I cannot throw a ball, hit a ball, catch a ball, kick a ball or put a ball through a hoop. 

I can't even fish.
