Thanks Muj, Wiz, Maxxim & Jazzy.   

Yes, I always felt so bad for the one couple who spent ages in A/R at NVC, came out, had thier interivew and went back into A/R.   I don't know if they are out now or not.   May try to check that out.

I hope you are right Jazzy.  I never underestimate the power of our government.
