Phone call through agency

I have been writing to a girl through an agency for several months. In my last letter to her I inquired if she would be willing to accept a phone call from me. She advised that she would and that I should place the call at 8:00 PM her time.
I then made the arrangements to place the call. Upon the designated time the agency called and advised that the girl was unavailable at this time and they would like to reschedule for next weekend.
I had placed the phone reservation three days earlier. Seems to me they should contact the lady and check on her availability prior to the reservation date.
I'm a bit disappointed but at least they did not put anyone else on the phone misrepresenting themselves as another. Should I have any concerns? or am I just analyzing too much into this?

I understand your disappointment. You get your hopes high for the phone call and the woman isn't available. I've known RW to be late often. Me, I like punctuality. If a woman is always disappointing you not showing up at a designated time, move on to a woman who thinks you're important enough to be there for you when you ask.

Don't blame the agency and don't let this eat you up. If it happens again, then consider calling women who would like to hear your voice and are punctual.

I would have to agree. Once something might have happened or something came up but I would agree with BillyB if she keeps up with the same thing then I would drop her and move on. I have been there and it sucks to get all excited and nervous to talk to her and then you get that disappointed phone call that she is not available now and would you like to change the day and time. From what I have gathered here on RWD is that if you can't talk to her on the phone then she might not exist. Instead of writing to your dream girl you might be writing to, what is it you all call him fat something. I know that this may not be what you want to hear as it was not what I wanted to hear once either but these guys know what they are talking about. They have been there.

I think that the guys here recommend trying to call her after a couple of letters, then you are not to far into it before you might learn some bad news....

I have called a couple of girls and one gave me the day and time to call her, always got a hold of her no problem. Then the others just would give me a time to call and I never was able to get a hold of them. I think that it is best to get a day and time, but if I am wrong forgive me and the others will let you know...
