Scammer Alert, Warning

Hello Gang!  Beware of this Ho - Sofia Sichenko, AKA Shychenko, Shyrchenko, Chyrchenko, and probably a few other last names I haven't found yet.  I came across this one on aprettywoman.com, profile N322.  Her profile has finally been removed.  The e-mail address she is currently using is manichka@ukr.net, cell number is 38 096 348 6780.  She might also be using 38 093 582 6767.  Here are 2 scam postings for this bag of horsecrap:

She is a dangerous one.  She gets guys to visit, then hits them with a dead grandmother scam or something, like she did me.      Fortunately, I saw through her hooey while I was in Kiev and didn't give her anything.  She just got some French guy for 20 grand so he says.  Ouch!
So if you are writing "Sofia", you are wasting your time.

I went to look at this womans photos and I was not impressed.  I showed them to Brian and he agreed that these men must like deceiving themselves.

There are more to being scammed than the photos.  I think these men must believe that it is a real woman then she must be the woman of honesty.

Maybe they have never understood the concept of the "Madonna" and the "Whore".  They have come to believe that compared to women in the west, that Russian women are all like the "Madonna".  Or rather like the singer Madonna.

And...............frequented by an all too large percentage of idiots. Sorry, but I don't have the slightest sympathy for anyone getting shafted for the sorts of figures quoted above.

Two things hit me in the eye in this caper, a fool and his money are soon parted, and the internet introduction scene is similar to the stock market, a very effective way from moving money from impatient people to patient people.

Cons like this are so easy because the "victims" are rather desperate lonely men who are willing send large sums of $$$ and there are just so many fools out there that we here are completely unaware of how really huge this iceberg is.

BC,  I'd wager it is more than 2B per year and the suckers keep being born every minute.  Personally I think there is much more wrong with the foolish guys who keep sending money;  than the girls (or Yuri) who simply ask for it.  The later are simply fleecing the fools and it's their job.  The former are wishing for their little fantasy girl and there is something not quite right with them.

More than a fair point this one. IIRC it was Charles Sobhraj (SP? Haven't a clue) infamous SE Asian con man, thief and drug dealer, who said the most difficult man to con is an honest man. His point was that guys set themselves up to be conned by trying to get something for nothing. In the MOB industry these idiots are trying to get Miss Hottie to their doorstep (Mostly) without doing anything other than sending a few bucks.
