Guys,
Please do not turn this into a thread to bash this site.  There are positives and negatives to the site as any other.  However..

If guys that are using the site start comparing notes on specific ladies, ICAR agencies and issues with customer service I am sure a lot of the problems can be mitigated.

Not bashing, but if the site decides to pull the plug on any lady that is 'ready for chat' more than one hour a day the problems could be solved too. Unfortunately that would mean their profits go down so its not likely to happen.

I do not believe the amount of time any particular girl spends online has anything to do with the problems at HRB/RLM.  And, I do not fault them for being in business to make money.

However, the customer service office in Florida is inclined to give the benefit of the doubt in too many cases.  The agencies know when they are pushing the limits and are exceptionally careful to not go to far in bending the rules.  Sidestepping these independent agencies is possible, but, depends on the girl.

Now.. I have spent some time in the last few weeks doing some research.  it turns out the same girls on HRB/RLM can also be found on many other sites.  For example.. the same ladies can be found on AFA, Anastasia, Army, a few on CuteOnly, and we will see how many others as now that I have noticed the trend I want to go really deeply into it.  So, the indictment on my part is not against HRB/RLM as it is against the independent agencies that are pimping the girls on every site they can get access to.  Given that I have on the ground experience with one of these independent agents who also appears to one of the worst "cross posters" of the girls and who is also quite adept at interfering and manipulating the girls I know for a fact the girls have no idea where there images are being posted and they blindly trust the judgement of the Agent.  However, that said.. I also know some of those girls are involved in the scam.. they are the translators who also have profiles which claim they do not speak English.  I worked with two of them and I can assure you they speak English perfectly.

Anyway.. HRB/RLM does not want male members speaking to each other.. so I am reaching out guys.

It's been years ago, so not current info-
but i met and dated  several of the top banner ad girls from HRB (yes they were also listed at other agencies)

 They were making a pretty comfortable living dating western men for both fun and money..

so were a few girls at many other agencies.

a pro - dater is just that, move on ,or enjoy the time for what its about..

a bad business model of an agency is just that, move on.

a bad agency with transalotrs playing both sides isnt unusual at all,
 face the reality of the situation there, deal with it as best you can ,
while finding a better scenerio..

if you meet a decent girl thru a bad agency, that works too..

Sculpto, you once again seem to miss the understanding. So let me explain to you more.
If a girl spends 6-8 hours online for chatting, it means she either has no life or no job. As usually these girls are attractive, and are online during the Russian night, it is reasonable to presume they have no job. In Russia no job means no money.
Without money, they can not afford to sit on internet and chat with men. So what is the logical conclusion ? They earn money from chatting on the webcam with men, and occasionally dating those who are daring enough to leave their countr (remember 90% just looks at their smile or just below).
Could such a girl be interesting in marrying a foreigner ? Well why not. If he has enough money. As far as romance is concerned, after sitting one month telling the same stories to all men and smiling at them, you will not see any feelings in their eyes or heart.
The step from this type of chat to one bringing in more money but requiring some exposure of the body is a small one.
