I believe MissYourLove used to be called Poppet.com. I belive it still based in Moscow. I can't tell you much more about it other than it was expensive when I looked at them for a friend. I get a lot of spam from them.

Can't tell you too much about siberianbrides other than a friend used them with no issue. He said they did have a US agent as well.
