I payed nothing for my police certificate and I got it after 5 days after my application for the police certificate. But the applications for the police certificates can be under consideration during 30 days in accordance with the Legislation of Russian Federation .

Your fiancee is in Ukraine, correct? (The procedure differs slightly between countries) For Ukraine, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, but you can pay an "expedite fee" to get it in half that time or less.

My fiancee went to get her certificate last Friday in Odessa, she was told it will be ready on July 25, paid around 70 grivna.

I wish I knew about "expedite fee", too late now
