What documents she must bring to the US after her interview?
Does the embassy return any document to her after the interview like medical exam results?

Any originals that she was required to submit in the application process will be returned to her during the embassy interview.

The medical exam results will be placed in a sealed plain manila envelope along with a number of other items. She will surrender this envelope to the immigration officer upon arrival in the US. She does get to keep the x-ray though  ;).

Isn't it better to consult INS about the latest requirements vs asking it on a forum?

If you go to the US Embassy site (for instance Kiev) and search for KEV 3 packet therein you will find a list of all the documents that she should bring to her interview.  This is basically also the same list of documents (originals) that she will have to send to NVC for approval of her visa there.  At the interview they will give her back the originals in exchange for copies.  If she doesn't have a copy they will keep the original for her file.

I believe the medical exam will also translate her vaccination records to English(if she takes it with her, K1 visa), does she get a translated copy from the clinic? she will need it for the AOS

The clinic will give her an additional copy of her official vaccination record upon request and for an additional fee (750 RUR in my case, IOM).

Muddy, visit VJ already and read their FAQ.
