I've been on fdating.com and a few different women are sending the same type of letter.  Is this a sign of a scam, or is it some kind of common "canned" letter that many women use?  The specifics (eye/hair color, height, weight, birthday, city, etc) are different, but otherwise, the letters are identical.

Also, I want to visit Izhevsk (want to visit the AK-47 museum)  and Nizhny (want to go to the edge of space ride ).  Can someone point me to local agencies that I can get in touch with to make arrangements before I arrive?

I have been using fdating and freepersonals, which apparenty are the same organization?

The canned letters were replies to my replies of their initial reply to my profile.  Now that I look back, both of the initial replies to my profile were almost identical.

Im surprised to hear you say that about elenas models, everywhere Ive read people say they are scammers.

So you didnt write letters or use agency?  Did you just go there for some reason and start meeting women?

I kind of thought it would be a good idea to determine where I want to visit (which ive done) and then get in touch with a reputable local agency, but maybe you are saying that last part isnt necessary?

I am finding something very similar.  I have done what I read someone here suggest and cut and pasted part of a message from a gal I'm corresponding with to a search engine, and sure enough, big sections of it came up from a scammer email.  Though the last name and pictures were different, it was exact wording.  There are personal parts in the letter too, but 75% of the letter comes up as a form letter from another scammer.

This, by the way, was one of the "cell phone / bath incident" gals who couldn't get a call from me.  Guess it's becoming pretty obvious about this gal.

Had the form letter been just about generic "I like you.." etc. it would be one thing, and maybe I'd write it off to her just having a bad command of English and using something she saw, but it was about her watching a romantic movie with her mom. 

So, I guess using the "cut and paste" of messages and doing a search, along with a call early on, is proving to help me out in separating the potential scams.

(btw, I bumped this thread up because it seemed related (similar email text) as well as I'm having issues posting a new thread)).
