Heh, have some fun with it if you want. I always have fun sending goofy letters to scammers.  Of course, you are merely one of hundreds but this one could be some fun because she's responding to your questions as you say.  So, come up with some good ones..

Or, play it out and see exactly what her money line will be because sooner or later she'll have one.. sick grandma, fell ill and needs emergency surgery or she'll die, kidnapped by Chechnians, who knows what the other shoe will have tattooed on it?

I have not received a scammer letter for a long time, years, but when I used to I would simply tell, when she asked for ticket, that as luck would have it I was going to be in her city within the next few weeks. No need for a ticket as I would meet her there so if I could please have her home address and phone number I would call when I arrived. All communication would cease at that point.

Well I received letter #10 on the list provided by Olga in an above post. Pretty good how "she" strategically placed a little personal info in the middle, just answering some of my questions. And great  minds work alike Peewee. That was going to be my exact angle. Was gonna say I have an opportunity to visit Russia very soon and would like to meet her. Doubt I will get an answer after that either, but heck I'll play the game for a bit. Maybe I should ask for some expense money or I may have to sell a kidney or something.lol

Got to admit the popsicle shot was one of my favorites that I received. lol Also, I guess Im not the only one that notice the weight this girl is putting on. I have pix were she looks smokin' then the beach shots are another story. I really feel bad for this girl though. She is doing nothing wrong, and the thing that physically attracted me to her was the softness in her eyes in those garden shots with the yellow tank top. I hope this whole thing doesnt come back to haunt her.

You should read up on being able to read the originating IP address! I am betting money that the letters originate here in the USA!

I had a similar experience and found a nice lady that I been communicating for almost a year!! And couple of trips later.. Still very happy!!

Absolutely.  I tend to think the same about people who 'get taken' in by the pyramid scams, Ponsie schemes, and other 'investments' which promise to produce too good to be true results.

There's quite a bit of mirror gazing in this pursuit in many areas. Or at least there should be.

I must say, I wish all the new guys had your attitude and diligence to discover and see the truth.  You would not believe how many guys come here because that little voice is screaming "something is wrong!", but will then argue with everyone and defend to the death some photos and a phantom babe (not related to Phantom of course) in order to cling to the fantasy.  It boggles the mind.

Now that I can look back 7 or so years since my first contact I'd suggest that you continue to write until you either have had enough or until you feel compelled to make a trip to the Motherland using the money that you did not send to her before you met her and see first hand what is what. Writting letters cost you only time...to send money is more risky than to play the stock market.

1. Write letters to several.
2. Hang on to your cash and telle her that the economy is as bad here as it is ther but you do want to meet her so you are saving every kopec for the trip.
 She should respect you for that.

Well I just sent a reply to "her" last letter. I ask for her number and ask if I could come vist. Got to admit, I layed it on pretty thick, but it was kinda fun. lol Yea Im not loosing my normal positive attitude over this, and I hope someone will learn from the mistakes Ive made. You can continue to play the old bait and switch with the possible scammer, but why? If you are serious in finding your mate, IMO you are wasting precious time and resources. You don't know this lady. You have never met her yet you found yourself enthralled by her picture. Chances are highly likely it is not even her. My suggestion is to cut bait and move on. Get on with your search and with your life.

There are guys that come through the forum on a regular basis that have developed obsessions with these scammers. Insist on toying with them as to somehow protect their own egos. It's not a big thing nor is it some perverse victory. As soon as they know, that you know, they'll move on to other fish and there are plenty in these waters. No sweat off their brow. If you are interested in RW, get busy finding her and forget about playing this silly game or revenge.

I'm hoping my future wife will assist me in gathering this gas for further development."

To each his own and boys will be boys. But, I can't for the life of me see how toying with scammers will provide any kind of thrill or revenge. These people (scammers) have no shred of feeling or decency. For them it's a numbers game and it's not like they are actually reading your emails anyway. Sure, it's a blow to the ole ego when one finds they have been played for a sucker but, it's not like one can make a difference. Just seems like wasted effort to me. Cut your losses, give up the fantasy and move on to the real women.

True, unproductive, but this sort of thing goes under the entertainment budget rather than the courtship account.

Most scammer never read your email. They use BAT to auto-generate replies. I have had a couple more clever ones actually read my emails and respond but for the most part you can spot em a mile away. By the fourth letter they are in LOVE and can't imagine life without you

I did have a scammer that was reading my messages.  In fact, I am pretty sure the same scammer tried several times.  She was once a Polish nurse working in Anchorage whose father suddenly died and she had to return to Poland.  The "grab" was she needed money to get the fathers property cleared for inheritence.  Disappeared when I offered to meet her in Krakow so I could search for my great great grandfathers grave.  HAHA.. then she tried to miserable in Siberia angle.. disappeared when I mentioned I would be visiting Novosibirsk for business... and there were several others less memorable.. In every case the IPs originated to Yoshkar Ola or some other location in the Mari El Republic.

I agree, if you can snag the IP address, and it is USA.  Turn it over to a cyber crimes unit and be done with it. 

Scammers are similar, to what you need to be.  That is taking the time to research and contacting the women that seem like a possible match.  Get your butt on a plane, when you find a few that seems worth a trip.

Diplomacy, thank you so much, I'm flattered by your compliment  , but I think it's too high-sounding title 
I would say it is just intuition and some knowledge in psychology along with my education that were so helpful in my job  to make advantageous contracts with other companies  and of course google is our friend
