This is pretty much a standard list of AM behavior----going by the anecdotal reports that Nata reads on the RW forums.

Taking/destroying passports and all papers is de rigeur; and MANY girls say "it is not abuse....he doesn't beat me"

sorry, but i thought i would make this real clear to you.

demand the return of your passport; tell your man that you need to talk on the phone with your mama. make sure he gets your mama on the phone for you; make him get your cat for you too.
