MIL wants to bring her 5 year old grandson to USA for visit. Possible?

My MIL will be visiting.  We are doing the application and invitation letter.

Question:  What are the chances of getting a visa to visit for both her and her 5 year old grandson?  She is the primary care giver of the boy so she does not want to leave him there in Russia while she visits.

Any ideas?

BTW - hope all is well with everyone.  I don't come here often any longer.  All is well with me and my wife.

I don't know about the US but my 11 yr old nephew was here in Oz last year and he had a ball.  His English was "good" when he arrived but he was most definitely fluent by the time he left 2 months later.

Interestingly when he went home his two sisters English improved dramatically too.

I'm sure some of the old timers can give you some help with the US process.
