In my opinion a straight forward prenup says "leave me and I will see to it that you are destitute"

1. I am not an attorney...I do have access to my campus's law dept faculty - just as they access me when they have PC problems.
2. No prenup (in the US) "allows a spouse to be destitute" - they have to comply with state law re: property division. In Indiana for example, a prenup cannot cause a spouse to have his/her rights to property acquired after the marriage. Trying to do that runs the risk of having the prenup thrown out competley.

Why are you posting about something you clearly know nothing about?  8)
