You know a person is really ugly when dogs put bag over their head before humping the leg.

That is about the right idea.  A one bagger is a woman who is so ugly you have to put a bag over her head so you don't have to look at her when you have sex with her.  A two bagger is one for her and one for yourself so no one recognizes you.  That was a joke from long ago when I was a kid, That was very, very long ago.

If Soviet men were so unskilled in bed that she "needs to cry for a while" after a knee trembler then it's little wonder the women started looking West as soon as the opportunity arose.

There is, of course, the other possibility - that sex was so unpleasant and/or painful for most women that it was expected they would need to have some time to recover.
