Eduard: Back 'in the day', I had the odd lard arse pollute the inbox of my account on www.godiwantasmokinhotkova.com so, yes, I also came to the conclusion there was some irrational thinking on both sides of the ledger.

One chair and a half wide dame from Ukraine gave me quite a gobful IIRC when she asked why I wasn't interested, was she too big - I said, yes. Never did understand her reaction. :-\

Maybe some of them, however others are even more different from men than most men think! I think it would be naive to think that we even begin to understand women in many cases... I'm learning constantly, and the more I learn the more I'm amazed how difficult it is to comprehend the depth of their emotions and insecurities, how different their logic works from ours.
When you get to the inner workings of women you will understand that they are just as obsessed with things like sex and having a bigger something as men.
They just go about it different, and are willing to accept what is available instead of hunting prey further away.
No it is not a dog. Its really how I look.  ;)

I was criticized by one member for saying something akin to this.

Opens the thread to a crass joke, but I shall refrain.

and that IS the difference! If you want to take it down to basics we all (men and women) want the same things: security, sex, control, offspring to name a few. But men and women go about getting those in a different way in general.

Well in the case of MOB, i'd have to say they are quite willing to hunt prey further away.
in fact quite specifically?
The ones that can travel certainly will , the others that cant, it isn't from  unwillingness in this scenario?
:)

As far as level of acceptance,  to what they truly aspired to?

I'd leave that box unchecked for now until i complete my research in the matter ;)

as far as delusional. (or sailing down the river of de nile)

Having been around all this far too long, i'd say that the delusional expectations
are pretty equal on both sides.

Also the falling in love with a conceot , or image of a person in ones mind, vs the real person.
(either before or even after meeting)i think its  common on both sides as well.

Most of the common sense advice dished out here to WM looking, could be easily as applicable to
RW signing up at any marriage agency or international dating website.
I've seen just as many on both sides of the equation needing a step back and fresh look at what they are thinking.
Human nature.

and certainly not immune myself.. lol

Yes, it's delusional. Old overweight men want young gorgeous women that can easily be their

daughters, and older women want younger guys or close to their age  with who they can have fun and

be happy. What is wrong with that? Or to look for a younger woman is only man's privilege ?  If younger

women in your country don't pay much attention to you, will younger women pay attention to you in FSU

countries? Yes, if you have a very thick wallet!

Hey Krassie,  much truth to what you have written.  I would like to reply to some of what you have written but seemed to be banned from this thread.

Jack, if you *really* felt this way, why not just send me a PM?  Why go back to the thread in question and make some public declaration?

I'll make a deal with you... you and Ed apologize to each other AND to RWD for taking up the bandwidth with your squabbles (regardless of who was right), accept each other's apology AND the right of each other to exist; agree to treat each other cordially AND with respect.. and then you can post in each other's threads.

Dave, have no problem in apologizing for anything I did that was wrong.   Just not sure what I did that was wrong.   Was it for commenting in a thread that a service provider has started and I'm not allowed to post any thread started by a service provider?  If so, guilty as charged.  I saw a post made by jumper, a reply in a thread that was on page 4.  I did not go to page 1 to see if a service provider had started this thread, this is something I have never done in the past.  Jumpers post was the first I had read in this thread and thought I would reply to his comments.
