And here are my questions.

Why does Tanya write about herself (about her health) as if she writes about another person's health? "The loving husband should care about health Тани"

Who is her loving husband? Greg? Does it mean when 2 people are engaged - they are married? I am familiar with Western traditions - engagement and marriage are DIFFERENT things. Being engaged doesn't mean being married. In general, engagement obliges to nothing if you decide to split.

I interpret that as her saying:

Cheap.  Anyone expecting highly accurate translations from the "online translation services" could be in for a huge surprise.  Like Greg.  Couple years ago I sent an email to a platonic friend ( Prompt)  in Russia who is fluent in Russian and English and she told me it was a butcher job....highly inaccurate and she showed it to me...what a mess.  It was just a mish-mash of words.  The actual meaning was lost in the gibberish and tenses etc.  She asked me to never do that again...please write in English.

If you want to save a couple bucks?  Using online translations is not the way to go.  Otherwise,  the UN and the State Dept would be using these programs and we can be sure...they are not.  Of course,  if the girl means very little to you and you are also a tightwad?  Go for it.  My 2 cents.

Doug, you are not attentive a little. That women wrote about herself as if she was writing about another person. For example, if I wanna say you must take care about me I will write - loving ................about me (I never say about myself in a third person) and not "........about Natalya".

Still can't understand what I mean?

The sense of her e-mail is CLEAR. I never use PC translators coz my English is quite fluent. But I always wonder - many women do not know Russian well (LMAO), do not know English at all - but they are all ANXIOUS about having a husband from abroad.  But when it come to communicate with a foreign men - oops, the misunderstanding and misinterpretation appears.

And Western men PREFER this (poor English) but I do not know why.

I am an Italiano.
One day ima gonna LA to bigga hotel. Ina morning I go down to eat breakfast. I tella waitress I wanna two pisses toast. She brings me only one piss. I tella her I want two piss. She say go to the toilet. I say you no understand, I wanna two piss onna my plate. She say you better no piss onna plate, you sonna ma bitch. I don't even know the lady and she call me sonna ma bitch.

Later I go to eat at the bigga restaurant. The waitress brings me a spoon and knife but no fock. I tella her I wanna fock. She tell me everyone wanna fock. I tella her you no understand. I wanna fock on the table. She say you better not fock on the table,
you sonna ma bitch.

So I go back to my room ina hotel and there is no sh***s onna my bed. Call the manager and tella him I wanna sh**s. He tell me to go to toilet. I say you no understand. I wanna sh** on my bed. He say you better not sh** onna bed, you sonna ma bitch.

I go to the checkout and the man at the desk say: "Peace on you." I say piss on you too, you sonna ma bitch, I gonna back to Italy !

Well.......According to what I've read above I can draw the only one conclusion - If you do not know English at all - spend some money for PROFESSIONAL translator to have your Russian e-mail be translated correctly or send your e-mail to him in Russian and he will find a professional translator.

It's very easy to write something offensive and to say "sorry, my English is poor and you misunderstood me ... and etc. etc." A very good and "bullshit" reason to make excuses. Wanna have American husband - study English then. :?
