Mark, and others,  I know your Svetlana as "Anna".

I asked if she had a cell phone, it's the first question I ask all beauties and if they say no it's 97% chance scam.

So when Anna said no she did not have a cell phone and wrote her back and asked if I could reach her at +7-(960)-091-28-73, which is her real cell phone number.  I never heard back from her since I wrote that.  I think I shocked her.

Anna, Svetlana, whatever, her real name is Ulyana Semenischeva.
She's 27,  DOB 1-12-79

That was the name she used when contacted me  :D
So I think it is not real ;D

Nando are you saying she used the name Ulayana Semenischeva with you? Then you should feel honored she gave you her real name. As well this means you probably made first contact with her over 7.5 months ago.

Nando, Ulayana Semenischeva is the name on her real passport and she was at the Mira St address when flowers were delivered to her.

Nando would you mind sharing your e-mail with me where she gave you her real name? I would like to see this. It's part of my research to help me figure out some time frames as to when women begin to scam, use different names. Please send to my e-mail at nunya@ix.netcom.com

Thanks.

I have sent you the e-mail. It was in September. It was easy to see she was a scammer and it is funny that she lives in Kirov, because her e-mail route comes from Yoshkar-Ola.
Shouldn't it come from the Kirov region?

But now I've been playing with a nore sophisticated scammer. I am 99% sure she is a scammer and will post her pictures after obtaining the proof.
She even takes pictures at a certain hour and day retaining the camera properties, very funny ;D

Thanks.

 Hello!!!

How are you? My name is Nadejda. I am 26 years old. I live in Russia,
city Yoshkar-Ola. I am cheerful woman, and like to do many things as
sport, camping, go to the cinema, theatre etc. In a word I like to do
all what like all people. I work in marketing structure on sale of
cosmetics. My dream this travel abroad. I know the english language
well enough.. I began to study english language approximately one year
ago. I wish tell to you history which have pushed me write to you. 8
months ago I have got acquainted with the man from other country by
name Justin. During this time we had good relations. We have
understood that our relations become serious and we have decided to
meet in his country. I wrote the application for reception the visa. I
waited reception of the visa approximately half of year. All time I
kept in touch with Justin through the internet and often called to
each other. I and Justin waited reception of the visa to our meeting.
I have received the invitation from the ambassador for reception of
the visa. My director has given me long-term holiday from work and I
have gone to Moscow to receive the visa. I informed good news to
Justin, but he has answered, that does not want our meeting. He
played with me. He has informed that has the wife with two children
and at all has no plans to meet me. I was not ready to such turn of
events. I could not think what even after 8 months of acquaintance he
can so unscrupulously act with me. Now I am in Moscow trip to Moscow
and reception of visa. I do not want that all was gone for nothing and
will be glad if my visa will be useful to our meeting. I could arrive
already through 4-5 days, but a problem in that that now I have no man
which would like my arrival. Probable it will silly sound but if you
will be interested in a meeting with the good woman I shall like to
meet you sometime soon! As Justin was dishonest with me I have
decided to find the man which is interested to meet the woman from
Russia. I do not know your ideas about my letter, but it would be fine
if we could meet and have some weeks or months together. On my trip I
want to receive rest from my work and a life in Russia. Also the basic
purpose for the future it is search good men for serious attitudes
which go to a marriage. I have no children, but I want to have
children in the future. I am the mature woman and ready to creation of
family with good man. I do not know what you really search in the
future but if we could meet I shall be happy to discuss with you more
about our meeting. What are you going to do this time? It would be
fine if we could meet, do friendship or more than simply friendship. I
shall be happy if you also have a free time and we could meet soon. I
do not know your interests, but anyhow write to me back and I shall
tell to you more about myself. Write to me all that you want. Maybe we
have similar plans and it will be interesting to us together.

You can write all that you want. Ask any questions which interest you.
Write to me back and I shall tell more about myself and send more my
 photos.

Please, write to me back on my regular e-mail: nadejdazolo70@bk.ru
 Have a good day,

 Nadejda.

Hmmm... the IP lead to Korea ( 59.25.234.191 ) ... the domain name from the e-mail ( blankness.com ) to Boontom NJ US... the time zone of computer (  Date: Fri, 16 Feb 2007 22:50:08 -0900 ) to Anchorage time zone... same if the text of the e-mail was normal, the mess-up in the header show someone who hardly try to hide himself...

If somebody have some free time, feel free to write to these potential scammer and game with her ( certainly him )... but now, one question... we speak so much of Russian scammer... how can we be sure that they are russian... and not US, Turkish, Belgium, Uk, ... scammer... bk.ru is similar to mail.ru, hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc... everybody from everywhere can open a account for free...

Will lead to nothing... it will be the address of the mail server...

Since the IP, the time zone, the mail server lead to different location, it mean that the header was forged... only a long e-mail exchange with some little tric can lead to find the real origine country of the scammer...

Maybe i go reply to her/him... i have not yet false Belgium visa in my collection...

When they came for the trade unionists, I did not speak out; I was not a trade unionist. When they came for the Jews, I didn’t speak up, because I wasn't a Jew. When they came for me, there was no one left to speak out.

Wow! Kvinna kissing Bruno that would be something new  ;D

MX FAIL MX Category ERROR: I couldn't find any MX records for blankness.com. If you want to receive E-mail on this domain, you should have MX record(s). Without any MX records, mailservers should attempt to deliver mail to the A record for blankness.com. I can't continue in a case like this, so I'm assuming you don't receive mail on this domain.
Mail FAIL Connect to mail servers ERROR: I could not find any mailservers for blankness.com

Looking at the return address this is faked and used only not to receive back invalid mails, this one was sent out as a mass-mail spam. Probably using a spambot to send out a couple of million mails.
I would be surprised if the reply to a mail sent to this address would come from the same originating IP.
No it is not a dog. Its really how I look.  ;)

American Scammer Gets 5 Years!
June 24, 2004

A San Bernardino County man was sentenced to five years in federal prison yesterday for cheating men out of more than $1 million in a Russian bride scam.

The sentence was imposed from an April plea bargain in which Robert McCoy, 40, of Rancho Cucamonga admitted defrauding more than 250 men and agreed to pay back his victims $737,521. Prosecutors dropped other charges. Investigators positively identified 352 victims, but there may be more, said San Diego-based federal prosecutor Richard Cheng.

Anna Grountovaia, 32, McCoy's wife and the mother of his 2-year-old daughter, was sentenced to three years probation after having served 11 months in jail. Grountovaia, a Russian who met McCoy through the Internet before moving into his home, said she posed as a prospective bride in telephone calls with some of the victims, including several San Diego men. She pleaded guilty to fraud and may be deported. She met him after the scam was already under way and didn't play a big part in the scam, filling in when he needed a woman with a Russian accent, her lawyer said.
Most of the victims spoke with women in Russia, lawyer Timothy Scott said in court papers.

McCoy is a drug-addicted felon who sports gang tattoos and has earlier convictions on assault, kidnapping and weapons charges, according to court papers.

In court filings, prosecutor Cheng detailed the scheme this way:
McCoy met his victims through personal ads he placed or answered on Web sites including America Online and Match.com.In each case, he wrote e-mails posing as a Russian woman seeking love and sent pictures of a pretty model.Eventually, a visit would be arranged, and the victim was told a Russian dating service needed about $1,800 to pay for a visa and plane tickets. On the day the victim was expecting the woman to arrive, McCoy would write as an official from the fictitious dating service and said there was a problem: A new regulation required the woman to carry $1,500 cash to enter the United States. The service would lend her $500, but the victim needed to wire an additional $1,000.The men learned they were taken days later, when their e-mails were ignored or bounced back because the accounts were closed.

The FBI began investigating the scam after a Baltimore man told a London newspaper about the scheme.

McCoy regrets what he did and plans to use his prison time to get off drugs, said his lawyer, Arthur Greenspan, who blamed the drug addiction as a big reason for McCoy's behavior.

What’s even more shocking is that most of the people that have been busted for running “Russian Bride Scams” are actually men posing as women! Take Robert McCoy from San Diego, California for example. Before getting caught he admitted defrauding more than 250 men for a whopping US$737,521! He got his victims to fall for the “visa and airfare” line every time.

Sounds like an interesting case for Antidate... a drug addict posing as RW and making his wife pose as potential bride. Guess this guy was approached and decided it was a good trick.
