I tried Cindy agency out for awhile. All the questions I asked in my letters were answered and when I had decided that I was going to Russian instead of Ukraine I wrote to the girls that I was following a different path and each of them wrote back thanking me for letting them know and wished me luck in my future. Nothing that was written to me was canned.

From my experience and from others like Simoni who actually know what they are talking about I would not hesitate to recommend them as an option for a man going there.

Thor, Simoni and Marina are married and doing just fine. Have you spoken with these girls who don't remember? Or is this something else that you have "heard"?

All the girls I wrote knew who I was when I met them.  But keep in mind my theory -- you get to know the girl in person, and not by letters.  Thus, I had only written each of those six girls three or four letters.  Meeting them in person was just to see if I liked them in real life.

Am I living with Marina! YES!  :D

She got her visa in the summer of 2006, and we flew together to NY in August. Ten days ago she flew home to Dnerp to visit her family and friends. I'll be flying to join her next week, and will spend July in Dnepr.

When I was in Kharkov in May I meet a UK friend of mine. It turned out that he had been in Dnieper and using Cindy agency. He had been sending letters to 5 or 6 girls at the agency. But when he came to the agency ONLY 1 girl could meet him, despite that he had been sending letters to 5-6 girls and they knew that he was comming. Of course they could turn him down because they did not like him, but if so why keep sending him letters?? Simpel question, simpel answer, this is just business...

Yes I know that several members at this boards has meet girls by using Cindy, like you and like Michelangelo. That is a fackt, no doubt about that. But my point is that it is not fare to send letters on the behalf of the girls, and many agency operate like this. I always says that if use a agency so use one with a western owner like Kherson girls in Kherson.

It is a fact that the best way to meet an FSU girl is via mutual friends, and not an agency.  But agencies can work, as was my case.

I can't say I agree with you about ownership of agencies needing to be western.  The only time I got scammed in my search was via a western owned agency.  They had a bad girl working in their office in Kharkov, and many guys got scammed by the "recommend" agency.

Good agencies can have bad girls.  Bad agencies can have good girls.   The guy just has to proceed with caution.  With due diligence, he can be successful.  I was.  I'll count that to two things:  1) persistence; 2) luck.   ;D  LOL

Thanks for all the feed back, I'm continuing to use Cindy, plus an agency in Russia.  I've only had once incidence at the Cindy agency, when somehow, they sent my letter to the wrong girl, one that I wasn't writing too.  The girl wrote back and she was obviously confused, which you could tell by the letter, so was I.  That was the only incident I had, I wrote Anna the manager and she fixed it.  I'm just waiting on my passport to arrive, so I can leave,  I'll be staying two-weeks, I'll just meet each girl in her city.
Feel free to pm me, if have any advice, questions, or anything else.

Okay,
I went down and paid additional for a rush on my passport, hopefully that speeds things up.  I will post my trip.  I've got six invites from the girls I've been corresponding with.  All six, invited me to spend the Ukraine independence day with them, telling me I would like this celebration.  I'll just have to figure out which one to spend the celebration with.  Unless this is some terp at the agency asking me this.
The first leg of the trip, is a twenty hour lay over in London, then the next day to Kiev, a train from there.  So, can anyone recomend a good site seeing tour and hotel in London?
Feel free to pm me, if have any advice, questions, or anything else.
