When you receive a reply, you will also receive (unless you ask not to) a scan of the lady's original letter, written in her native language and signed by the lady.

More than likely they are not a scam.  They are an affiliate of the Angelika network.  There are many such affiliates located throughout the FSU and known as the "local" offices.

In summary they are similar to Elena's Models and AFA.  IMO EM does a better job in vetting the RW.

Each affiliate is responsible for recruiting RW.  The RW's profile is listed with Angelika.  Every affiliate can sell the RW's address and derive some income.  The local affiliate who listed the RW and the other affiliate who sold the address split the revenue.

I say they are not a scam based on my direct experience with Angelika affiliate.  Almost 8 years ago I purchased the addresses of many RW.  I wrote them using the mail forwarding service.  The positive response was over 67%, and most responded by email using my addy given in my intro letter.  One of these women became my wife 6 years later. 

Every woman with whom I corresponded via this agency seemed sincere.  None hinted for money or gifts.

You will note that the price per address is about HALF of that charged by match-ru. :usdeyes:

The Angelika search engine is good, and you can use it to determine indirectly the month/year when the woman listed herself.  I mention that because you should focus on fresh women, listed for not more than two years and preferably less than one year.
